  The service that was provided to me was outstanding. They were timely and provided luxury transportation! The driver was excellent and very careful. I highly recommend this service to those who need it as they helped me tremendously and I appreciated the interaction and communication back-and-forth by WhatsApp.

  Mixed feelings due to two completely opposite drivers on two trips. The driver who took us from Hanoi Airport to Sapa was not professional at all, and I believe the company already knew about him due to previous complaints mentioned in other TripAdvisor reviews. He: 1. Arrived late at the pick-up point. 2. Honked aggressively at every car along the way, to the point where I was afraid another driver might stop, get out, and confront him physically. 3. Live-chatted loudly with his girlfriend (who appeared to be lounging casually somewhere) for more than 15 minutes while driving. 4. Kept scrolling TikTok while driving. Worst of all, he was texting. Yes! typing messages, while driving on a narrow two lane uphill road for almost the entire 5-hour journey, which was extremely dangerous. 5. Did not even know the exact drop-off location, despite us sending all details to the company 1 month, 1 week, and 1 day before departure. At that point, I seriously considered canceling the deposit for the return trip to Hanoi. However, Mr. Truong, the driver who took us back from Sapa to Hanoi, felt like he came from a completely different company. He was truly professional. He: 1. Arrived at the pick-up point ahead of time. 2. Drove smoothly and stayed focused on the road at all times. Just occasionally looked at his phone. 3. Prepared calming music for the journey. 4. Provided a car that was spotlessly clean. 5. Brought us to a decent clean pit stop along the way with a well calculate time. Conclusion: The company should raise its overall standard to match drivers like Mr. Truong. Otherwise, as a tourist, you are simply taking a gamble on your luck to get a good driver.

  We booked a limousine van to travel from Sapa to Hanoi. The booking process was easy and the tour operator contacted us nearer the travel day to confirm the details and pickup point. The limousine arrived promptly at our hotel. The limousine was clean and we were lucky to have the whole van to ourselves for the entire trip. The seats are very comfortable. It felt like we were in business class in an plane, with the spacious reclining seats. The USB chargers worked and the bottles of water were greatly appreciated. We made 2 comfort stops and there was time to grab snacks and lunch at the second stop. Our driver was very professional and we felt very safe and enjoyed the smooth ride. We highly recommend using a limousine van for longer trips and the price was quite reasonable. It's especially worth it if you have a large group. Overall, it was a great experience!

  I booked with this comoany several times before and this time we booked again. We had a long ride but we still enjoyed and felt good because our driver was professional and helpful. We booked in advance and they contacted us one 1 day before departure. All were perfect. Thank you!

  Wonderful service. Very responsive. Coordinated with my transfer from Halong Bay to Hanoi for seamless transfer to the airport. Clean car and great driver. Would recommend to anyone. Would use again.

  My flight was delayed coming into Hanoi I messaged the tour operator and let them know ahead of time for whatever reason the operator did not the let the driver know. I landed and the driver was rolling his eyes at me telling me he’s been waiting here for an hour. I told him that I communicated to your operator and he said they did not communicate that to him. He was visibly mad upset with us short and snappy with with us. While driving he then proceeded to talk to his friend really loudly on his phone, check the lottery and browse Facebook while driving on the free way. It was not enjoyable ride for us for something that was not our fault. I would not recommend this company.

  We used this company for three transfers. Two were good - the driver met us at the airport with a name sign for the first transfer and vehicle was clean and in good condition and our last transfer vehicle was equally as good (but driver info not provided so a bit difficult to locate). The second transfer, however, was a limo bus (private premium service) to Ha Long Bay - the vehicle was in poor condition and seat and window buttons were broken. There was some delay in communication to resolve the issue but the company offered us a discount for the service, which I appreciated. Unfortunately they did not pass this information along to the driver, who yelled at us when he was not given the original full payment amount. This caused a bit of a scene, but our cruise manager was able to assist and translate for us. Overall, pricing was fair but communication was slow and not always easy - so whilst some of our experience with this provider was good, relative to other companies we used during our trip, I probably wouldn’t use this service again. It would be helpful for the company to ensure that the WhatsAp number is always monitored so that customers can access driver information, confirm bookings and help with translation if needed.
