4.00Punctual driver. Comfortable ride. Bottles water available in the car. Rest stop about two thirds into journey…..driver’s English was poor, so tried to use Google translate to say we would like to stop at a 5 star rated cafe 2 minutes from one of the junctions. Unfortunately the driver did not understand and went to, what seemed to be his standard stop at a motorway service station…higher prices and payment for loo needed. No issues otherwise. Arrived in good time at Hanoi Airport.

1.00They just sent a Xahn SM (ride share app in Vietnam) driver. It was an electric SUV, and its battery died 11 km before reaching our destination. We stayed on the roadside for more than half an hour waiting for a cab coming from SaPa to finally complete our trip.
