Durga Yoga Course Exclusive. Ancient Yoga practice from a lineage of Kundalini Yoga, Tantra Yoga and Sound Yoga. It can be done outdoors or at home. The practice sites are the Belvedere 1650 Courchevel, Lac de Tueda/Meribel, and in the Valmorel alpine meadows. The course includes material for Yoga practice, km0 snack and Ayurvedic infusion. The duration is 1h30 : 1 hour of practice + 30 minutes of walking.

Sergio is a benevolent and patient mountain guide, who has guided and adapted to our group through his yogic practice (soft warm-up exercises, breathing, meditation,...). All this, combined with beautiful weather and solid knowledge of Ayurveda, or of the mountains in general, as well as gentleness and attentive listening, made this experience unique, memorable and rejuvenating. I highly recommend it!

We had the chance to attend a yoga class with Sergio as part of our friend’s EVJF, and it was an amazing experience! Sergio is a caring, attentive and very professional teacher. He adapted the session to our group, mixing relaxation, breathing and postures accessible to all, even beginners. The setting was magical, which made this moment even more special and soothing. A beautiful break of well-being and serenity in the middle of our festive weekend! We recommend 100% Sergio for a yoga session in Courchevel. Thank you again for this great time! 🙏✨

I was in the Plagne for a weekend of skiing and, following an injury that prevented me from continuing to ski, I was looking for other activities to do. I've been practicing yoga for a year and a half. The class with Sergio went very well. In addition to his kindness, it can be seen that he has excellent practice. I also really liked the way he mixed pranayamas with asanas. It was a very nice experience and I highly recommend it!
