• Great way to explore the island yourself and do some snorkeling

  I booked this on the Viator app the day before an excursion last week. There was a little confusion on my part on where to go once getting off the boat. But I called them and they helped me get to the right location. I had a few people in my group that when they return their golf cart, they were asked for gas money. I think this was either a rogue employee, or somebody who didn’t work for this company and they were pretending to in the parking lot. When we came back, we found a very helpful employee that did not ask for money and even put us on the phone with the owner who apologized and was very accommodating. The golf carts were gas and not as fast as some other golf carts on the island. But we had a six seater that did the job. We checked out the lighthouse on the opposite end of the island. Then we went to three different beaches on the western side of the island and brought our own snorkeling gear. It was the best snorkeling we had on the entire eastern Caribbean cruise. I would highly recommend this as an excursion.

  We had a great time renting a golf cart on our trip to Grand Turk. We 100% recommend PRJ for this service and the people running it was so helpful and extremely friendly! The price was the best and very worth it. Rent the PRJ golf cart!

  It was a good experience until we brought the golf cart back and they wanted to charge us for gas that was already included in the original price.

  This was an easy process to get golf cart and return. This was justcwhat I expected and i sm very satisfied with the rental. Note: my wife had difficulty walking and this is just outside the port entrance. Not difficult to walk if you are able to.

  Everything went smooth and we got what we expected and paid for. They were just outside the main gate and easy to find. We were on our way sightseeing quickly and without any issues.

  Great company! Picked up and dropped off our golf cart with no problems. However, the guy that signed us out said to bring back and then give him cash for fuel (I have rented twice before from other places and they just tell you to put fuel in before returning). When we returned the cart, that guy told us -NO, you owe me nothing more, fuel is included in the rental! So just be sure to check on that.

  Cart was great... No problems at all! Easy to find, good instructions, no complaints! Everybody treated us very well, and there were no surprises or problems.

  We had a good experience with this golf cart company. We arrived at the rental area and waited about 5 minutes for the worker to deliver the golf cart. He explained how it worked and off we went. One star off because the golf cart wasn't the best. It was super slow and we were getting passed up by other golf carts. It also didn't have side mirrors so I couldn't tell when a vehicle was approaching from behind, so that felt a bit unsafe, especially when we were getting passed up. There was also no gas gauge so we kept physically checking the tank to look at the gas level. Other rental agencies had much nicer golf carts. However for what we paid, it was a good value. But, it got us to where we needed to go. It came with plenty of gas. The worker told us up front that there is a $10 surcharge for gas, which matches with the description on Viator. I was nervous about this because of a prior bad review I read, but everything was upfront and honest. We did leave a tip for the worker, but that's because we chose to. He did not ask for one.
