You will be met at the airport with a meet and greet service! The English-speaking representative will greet you as soon as you clear customs and assist with all your luggage. Then, you'll be taken directly to your hotel in the Puerto Vallarta area and your vacation can start! On the return transfer, a representative will meet you at your hotel and ensure that you arrive at the airport on time for your return flight home! 1.00I booked this through Viator. Viator could not provide me with pick up info to return to the airport. I tried right up until the night before. I requested a refund since they did not provide round trip service. Viator refused stating the tour operator, Gray line stated they came to pick me up at the hotel and I was a no-show. I had to call an Uber because I had no information on the pick up nor did Viator even know the information..
Amazing experience with Gray Line PV! Will be back!

5.00Alma R Rivero (Renee) was so helpful. She was my representative from Gray Line PV, she was able to tell me about lots of cool activities to do in Puerto Vallarta (it was my first time there), as well as she was always there for me when I needed, gave me a city tour package as a gift for my bday after I bought a scuba diving trip and helped me to adjust my departure time from the hotel when the flight was delayed. Overall really great service, i highly recommend!
Pathetic company and service. Very untrustworthy.

1.00I was led to believe that the company would take me to my resort. However, upon landing in Puerto Vallarta I was told it would be an extra $200 round-trip since they did not go to region five. I took a different way to get out to my resort and would never use this company again.

3.00I booked a round trip transfer from the airport to the hotel and back. The trip from the airport to the hotel went just as planned, but they missed our trip from the hotel to the airport, leaving us stressed and having to find alternate transportation for our departure.
Nobody picked us up from the hotel

1.00Very bad Service, by the agency changed the return was notified to the transport and they did not send anyone to pick us up, I called to ask and they simply told me that they could no longer send anyone who requested my refund, that is not a solution, they just washed their hands, good thing I was in very good weather on my flight, what if I had lost it?

5.00Grey line was great to work with. They picked me up from the airport and made sure I got back there for my return flight. I was able to book some tours through them which used Vallerta Adventures. The rep at the hotel explained I need to take a taxi over to Vallerta Adventures but that was only about 40 pesos each way. One thing you should know is that when you land in PV you will clear customs and collect bags. You well then walk through a lobby where there are lots of people holding signs. KEEP WALKING until you are outside and find the grey line rep. The guys inside are trying to scam you into time shares by offering free massages and tours. They will act like they are who you need to speak to for your transfer to your hotel but unless they are wearing a grey line shirt, just keep walking

2.00The ride from the airport was efficient. However the return pickup for 8:15 am (per Alex) never showed and the hotel had to call a taxi to get us to the airport. I paid for round trip.

1.00I never found the rep at the airport. Had to take taxi. I couldn’t reach reservations to let them know my flight was delayed 3 hours
