5.00It's our first trip in the country and we don't speak a word of Spanish. We were coming back to Punta Cana from Santo Domingo to catch our flight back home. Our online searches say there is no stop at the airport from the APTPRA bus that we were taking so we had to book a ride to the airport from the APTPRA stop in Punta Cana. Unbeknownst to us the bus did make a stop at the airport for other passengers so we got off as well. Now we did not need a ride anymore. I called our local provider CTS Punta Cana just two hours before the scheduled pickup to see if they could cancel the ride and possibly refund my payment - knowing the short notice, I did let them know that I'd be happy for a partial refund. But very quickly they said they would approve a full refund for "service you did not receive". That really ended our wonderful visit to DR on a high note!

5.00My experience was great !! My drivers were on-time, if not early, and extremely patient and kind when my arrival time was delayed two hours after my reservation. The team was professional, communicative, and accommodating. I would definitely use this service again.

5.00I had a great and pleasant experience. Everything was able to be arranged beforehand so that I could just go to my destination after a long flight. They were responsive, helpful, flexible and very knowledgeable about the area. They had cold bottle of water and WiFi available which was really cool since it was really humid and hot when I arrived in Punta Cana. They were very friendly and professional. They were on time to pick me up and drop me back off at the airport and always responded to any messages in a timely manner. They gave me a high quality experience for a great price! I definitely will use their services again and recommend to everyone.

5.00Traveling with two kids is never easy, but Eliandra and her team made our airport transportation and tour trip completely smooth and stress-free! From the moment we arrived, they were attentive, kind, and patient with my children’s needs. Eliandra kept us informed and made sure everything was well organized. Our driver Juan went above and beyond to help with luggage, strollers, and making the kids feel comfortable throughout the ride. Later, during our tour to Higuey, our driver Alvaro was just as thoughtful—checking in often, making sure the kids were safe and happy, and allowing us to truly enjoy the experience without worry. It’s rare to find service providers who genuinely care about families, but this team made us feel supported every step of the way. I highly recommend them if you’re traveling with kids and want peace of mind. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

5.00August 2025 I like to be on time and feel special! This was my birthday trip so it was only right! CTS went above and beyond they were not just on time, they were already waiting for us with a sign in hand! As soon as we got off the plane, we were greeted and guided smoothly through the airport. The ride was comfortable, and everything felt seamless. If you value punctuality and want to feel special with personalized service and proper guidance, I highly recommend CTS.
