1.00Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. There were repeated issues with the music and overall organization, but the biggest concern was the cleanliness and restroom situation. The drinks were poorly made, and the toilets were not functioning properly, creating an extremely uncomfortable and unsanitary environment for guests. At one point, people were unable to flush, which meant everyone was exposed to things no guest should have to deal with during an event. To make matters worse, I was also overcharged. I specifically agreed to a price of $60 per person, which should have totaled $180, yet I was charged $234 without any clear explanation for the additional $54 charge. Transparency in pricing is important, and this left a very bad impression. For the amount charged, I expected a much more professional, organized, and hygienic experience. Based on my experience, I would not book with this company again and cannot recommend it to others.
