On this tour you will be the driver of an quad / ATV and this will probably be the best way to feel and experience this part of São Miguel Island.
This tour will take you to the highest points of the mountains that surround Sete Cidades Volcano.
The itinerary is On and Offroad and you will have the opportunity to visit some of the trails that are part of the Azores Airlines Rallye.
If the weather is good, you can count on awesome views to the lakes and the ocean. This will make you feel as you are on the top of the world.
Our team of experient guides will ensure your safety and provide brief explanations at each stop.

* Fenais da Luz ( North cost)
* Pico da Cruz (845 meters altitude) View to Lagoa de Santiago, lagoa Rasa and Sete Cidades lagoon.
* Vista da Rainha/Miradouro das Cumeeiras ( View point for Sete Cidades, Green and Blue Lagoon)
* Cerrado das Freiras
* Passing by Capelas village
* Fenais da Luz

What To Expect
Fenais da Luz
This parish located on the north coast of São Miguel island is where we start and end the tour. After starting our tour on paved roads, we will ride along the seafront of and explore dirt roads in this area.
Muro Das Nove Janelas
Near Serra Devassa, there is the Muro das Nove Janelas, an aqueduct considered a heritage site of historical value.

5.00The description of the adventure doesn't do it enough justice. It was wonderful, breathtaking and unbelievable. It was a little chilly as we got higher, so dress warmly. Bruno, our tour guide was great, he looked after everyone, was extremely knowledgeable about the area, the history and the landscape and definitely made it fun. A must do for anyone.

5.00This was an excellent experience!! I would give this 6 stars if I could. Felipe was an excellent guide and made sure to explain safety guidelines very well, showed us stunning spots around the island that I had never even heard of before (despite extensive research beforehand), and gave recommendations for good restaurants and stops for travelers. He even helped us with a flat tire after the tour! This was my partners and my first time driving a buggy and the path started with a good warm up to allow us to get used to driving, then we were able to zip along steep and bumpy dirt roads to many beautiful scenic views. We loved this excursion!! Don’t miss this!

5.00The quad tour was amazing. Bruno our guide was a long time resident of the island and spoke excellent English as well. The weather toyed with us, but the experience was one of my favorite adventures of all time. We would return on another visit:)
