  The guide is good .. but the time organization is very bad… the amount of time allocated for each city is way too short .. we had no time to have a meal for 13 hours .. the Quebec ice hotel should have not been included since it is 40min away and we barely have time to even see the ice hotel .. the guide should have advised us a head to reserve table for lunch at Quebec City since all pubs turned us down because they were booked.. also guide didn’t act right when confronting a customer because they gave him a bad review in front of everyone .. this made us all feel uncomfortable

  Beautiful day very well organized. Our guide William was very friendly. The time allowed for each stop is sufficient to enjoy the place without too much hurry. I highly recommend.

  10/10 experience! Our tour guide William was super informative and did amazing, translating in 3 languages! Filled with fun facts and corny jokes , making everyone laugh on the bus. This was my first time booking a tour and I definitely would do it again. We were picked up by our driver Sean at 6:50 sharp to leave at 7am sharp. Everything was punctual and the bus was clean. First stop was around 8:30 for everyone to grab breakfast and use the bathroom if needed. After that we proceeded to the Ice Hotel , Montmorency Falls and Old Quebec City. Every stop so so beautiful! Our tour guide Lady Nicole in Quebec City was also amazing translating in 3 languages, walking tour lasted 1 hour but you’re free to leave the walking tour at anytime to explore the city. Oh also! If you booked to only Quebec City and wanted to add the other 2 additional stops , you can add them during the trip by speaking to William about it. He will tell you the price of each location and let you know where the have an atm in order to pay cash.   The tour was fantastic very well organized, with excellent timings The guide was fun and explained in a captivating way. The city of Quebec is very beautiful and the ice hotel is brutal. The cataracts are beautiful but they were below the expectations created.

  An interesting excursion. Three completely different experiences. The ice hotel delights both children and the elderly. Waterfalls - a short walk through nature. Quebec City is an experience of history and culture. Accompanying the trip is an experienced and unobtrusive guide, who told us to call him MASTER, because we can't pronounce his Chinese name. I recommend this excursion, especially because of the possibility to be picked up and returned to your hotel.

  It was a great. We had a driver pick us up. Then we had assigned seating on the bus. The bus drive was smooth and we had enough time to do all 3 events. I also enjoyed the rest breaks.

  I received a first email from TripAdvisor summarizing the reservation and what was included (ice hotel, Montmorency Falls, aquarium and Quebec City) then another without the aquarium.... A big disappointment for us because we had opted for this excursion for that. Concerning the service provider, the organization in advance of the day with exchange of messages for pickup at the hotel. On the day, we received a very warm welcome from our guide who explained to us how the day unfolded and also gave us historical explanations of the place. The timing was perfect on every step. We did not follow the guide to the city by choice to eat in the restaurant but it was possible to take a cold meal and eat on the bus. We had an excellent day despite everything thanks to the good organization of the service provider. I recommend this excursion with teenagers.

  

  

  

  

• Amazing day trip to Quebec City!

  Absolutely loved this trip. Packed in everything I had wanted to see in Quebec City. Thomas was a great tour guide. Francois was a smooth bus driver. Very comfortable! 3 hour bus ride from Montreal had a nice rest stop 90 minutes in if you wanted to catch a bite at McDonalds. The Ice Hotel was as magical as I had imagined it. 90 minutes to wander and be mesmerized. Wear boots! Short ride to the Montmorency Falls. 60 minutes was just enough to walk to the far gazebo for a great view. Then to Quebec City for a 45 minute tour and 2 hours of free time. • Winter Wonderland worth a while

  Truly an amazing experience. If you go in Winter, try to time your trip for when snow is forecasted, for an extra special viewing experience. The weather didn't stop anyone from coming out, it was packed with people at each location.

  From the punctuality, to the plans, they were incredible. Highly recommended. As a personal opinion, I would have preferred to have a little more time at the waterfalls, but everything was wonderful
