* The tour is usually done in the morning and is suitable for all ages from one year old.

* Please note the tour includes walking and climbing ladders.

Little children will require parental supervision.

* On winter days, wear warm clothing, hiking shoes and a bottle of water.

* The trip is carried out in open jeeps of 8 places by professional drivers and not self-driving.

The tour begins with picking up from hotels to a jeep gathering point. From there we will head towards the Red Canyon through Route 12. About 15 minutes later we will reach the canyon and walk for an hour and a half in the distance. The Red Canyon is a crack in a second stream sandstone. Walking through the canyon can be a challenge for some climbing ladders and walking over the abyss. When we pass the canyon we will return to the parking lot and go up to the jeeps. We will visit the spring and continue our observation of four lands on Mount Joash. This will be our end point from which we will return to hotels .

Alex, the owner of the company was our tour guide and was amazing! Not only was he very knowledgeable about everything, he was also hilarious! The tour was so much fun and exciting! I highly recommend!

I am 75 years old, travelling with my 48 year old daughter. Starting the moment the guide ( and owner) Alex picked us up at the hotel he was rude, obnoxious, belligerent, and just plain nasty. We felt so unsafe to be with him for four hours at the Canyon that we got out of the jeep immediately. Do NOT recommend.

Alex was a very fun tour guide, offered to take photos, provided explanations, and bravely drove through the insane terrain.

It’s a must take tour in Elat, Israel. If you want to aquatint yourself with the area, the tour gives you a close up view. Our guide, Alex, was knowledgeable and shared his love for the country of Israel and Elat in particular.

Alex was a great tour guide; he was knowledgeable about the Red canyon and other areas we visited. He was very friendly, had a great sense of humour and safely drove us through challenging terrain! The canyon is beautiful and the ladders and safety railings made for a safe and accessible tour.

Excellent tour and venue. Enjoyed the hiking. Alex was a wonderful guide. Be prepared for a bit of climbing. Not for the mobility challenged.

We enjoyed the jeep ride, hiking and overview of the Red Canyon. There is some areas you will need to do some climbing/ladders. The landscape is beautiful and it is a good way in the jeep to see the surrounding area.

Experiencing this part of Eilat was well worth the cost. Alex’s knowledge about what we were seeing, insights into the local culture and his sense of humor made this one of the highlights of our three days in Eilat.
