5.00This was far more than a food tour. Our guide gave us a lot of information about the city, and its history. It’s present day activities, as well as an introduction to food of the past and food of the present. Not to mention lots of drink.

5.00A wonderful way to discover the city and the delicious Icelandic dishes. Plenty of tasting, generous portions. But the best part remains the beers and access to a friendly and approachable local guide.

5.00We have been to many world cities, and always do a food tour on the first day. This tour, led by Sveni via his company Nordic Nonsense was an absolute blast! It felt like we had a close friend in Reykjavik taking us to his favorite spots. It was the best food tour we have ever taken. Be hungry, be thirsty and be prepared for fun and Icelandic knowledge.

5.00Our guide, Svenni, shared many wonderful stories that helped us to better understand and appreciate Icelandic culture. All while enjoying some amazing food and drinks. A highlight for my family was the special surprise treat at the last stop, which made the evening that much more memorable. I highly recommend the tour. My family had a great time. Thanks Svenni!

5.00We had an absolutely brilliant time on this Reykjavik food tour with our local guide, Jon. The entire evening was fantastic from start to finish, and I cannot recommend it enough to anyone visiting the city. The tour offered a mix of traditional Icelandic food and creative, modern twists using local ingredients. Every single dish was delicious. The local craft beers made the experience even more fun. Jon was a lovely and engaging guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and seamlessly blended the culinary stops with visits to some fascinating historic landmarks along the way. Another huge plus was the layout of the tour; there was very little walking required between the locations, making it a relaxed and comfortable pace for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole evening. Thanks Jon

5.00FANTASTIC guide, tour, food & drinks! This is a must do the first day or two in Reykjavik! Our guide (co-owner) was GREAT! We learned a lot about the city & sites on our walk to each stop. The tour flowed very smoothly & we were not rushed. I appreciate the guide open to any and all our questions! We received great advice for the rest of our vacation & drive around Iceland. Especially were to see puffins! Thank you!!

5.00An amazing tour that led us through the food and drink culture of Reykjavik and Iceland in general. We had an amazing time and it set the tone for the rest of trip on the ring road. I’d definitely recommend!
