We'll meet at the climbing site or I can arrange a pickup from your hotel. I provide climbing gear like harness, carabiners, and belay devices. You'll need to bring your own climbing shoes. Mountain sneakers are fine for Via Ferrata tours. We can tailor the day to your preference, whether you want a structured course or a relaxed and fun outing with family and friends.

My family (2 teens and two adults) had our first via ferrata experience with Franz and we couldn't have asked for a better teacher/guide! The first sign that this was going to be a good experience was when Franz picked us up at our hotel. He noted the location he chose was based on having the climbing in the shade. It's been very hot and sunny here, so just that thoughtfulness made the activity so much better! Franz runs his own business and takes safety seriously. He definitely knows his stuff. Not just basic knowledge of technique and routes, but all of the nuances involved with via ferrata. He made sure each of us felt comfortable while climbing while also challenging us. Teaching comes naturally to Franz and his effortless guidance really makes things easy for first timers. I am sure that even those experienced in via ferrata could learn from him. Last, but not least, Franz is a great human. Super friendly, funny, inquisitive, and knowledgeable. We couldn't recommend him enough. Even my hard to please teens loved the experience. I wish we had more days to do this again with Franz!
