Music will accompany you throughout the evening, from the aperitif to the dessert but, during the preparation, it will give you the right rhythm on how to work the fresh pasta.
Everything takes place in a design apartment in the colorful nettle district of Milan, where every detail, from music to furniture, is designed to make this experience unforgettable

Hello, everyone! Here at Rockin Kitchen you learn the secrets of fresh pasta in the least boring and most fun way: to the rhythm of music. It starts immediately with the processing of eggs and flour. We will then take some time for an aperitif based on Piadina romagnola and other typical products and a good red wine. You then return to the workbench to prepare cappelletti and tagliatelle. Once everything is finished you can taste your own creations. All always singing and dancing the evergreens of all time! 5.00We came to this cooking class not knowing what to expect and left feeling like we should have our own cooking show. 🍳😂 10/10 would recommend. We learned new skills, ate amazing food, and only slightly embarrassed ourselves with our lack of skills. If you’re on the fence—go. Worst case scenario you eat a great meal and listen to great music. Ask him to play “funeral for a friend”. It was one of our best memories!

5.00Simone and Gabriel made our day so special! We were a large group of 10 and this cooking class was unique, fun, and informative. The apertivo was incredible and included special bread from Simone’s home town. The pasta we made was delicious and Simone prepared it with three amazing sauces. He also premade one of the best tiramisus I’ve ever had. We had one gluten allergy in our group and Simone was very accommodating and practiced good food safety. The music element of class kept us smiling (and singing) the whole time. I would definitely recommend this activity to any group that likes to have a good time and eat amazing food!!

5.00Without question, this will be the highlight of your trip. The Duomo is there for all of Milan to admire. And, perhaps many will catch a football match or the Olympics. But, along with myself, my wife and friends, tonight’s cooking experience is a memory that will last for years. I’m certain that Viator has a list of schools ready to advertise. This was beyond special. The beginning was a handshake. In the end, it was hugs. In between, a warm, delicious and educational environment that we still can’t stop talking about. Beyond the culinary experience, our chef/friend shared his musical blessings with the group. In addition, we met a wonderful young man named Gabriel who only enhanced the experience. If you’re lucky, Simone might share some of his favorite international culinary experiences. We are making our way through the Olympics, and yet nothing will compare to the music, food and friends and tonight’s cooking experience.

5.00Beautiful experience, where cooking is love, conviviality, fun and culture of Italian cuisine from Romagna. All driven by Simone and the music, a unique and unmissable combination. The most rewarding aspect is to end the experience tasting together everything that has been produced. Thanks for the experience, I highly recommend it!!

Entering Simone's house is a magic and his passion overwhelms you .. he shared with us the culinary secrets of his land teaching us how to make tagliatelle and cappelletti to the rhythm of music! The idea is perfect for a night out with friends, colleagues or couples for any occasion instead of ordinary dinners at the restaurant! Simone is a perfect host and makes every moment special .. from the dough, to the aperitif (piadina si a goodness 'ILLEGAL!!!), to the drafting of pasta, dinner .. all attention to detail in an engaging, fun and light atmosphere! Bravo, I'll be back soon!
A trip highlight!! Super fun, wonderful hosts and great food, wine and music. Would rate more than 5 stars!!

5.00This is a must-do in Milan for any group of adults or families with adult kids (we were 3 50+ year olds with our 3 21+ year old kids)!! We had the BEST time!! Simone is a terrific host, teaching us how to make two pastas while chatting and really treating us like family. Mattia was an amazing host too, and made the best dessert for us!! The whole evening is set to a soundtrack that is absolutely fantastic - songs you will know and love (especially if you love 80’s music!!) and you can’t help sing and dance to while you cook and talk!! While the pasta rested, we had a wonderful Italian aperitivo with great wine and lovely crudite, meats and cheeses and fun conversation. Overall this evening was a highlight of our trip. Note: you should plan to take an Uber (easy and available) to/from Simone’s wonderful apartment as it’s in a residential area outside of city center.

5.00We had the best experience ever. Simone, his hospitality, his friends, is lovely and warm home added to the amazing cooking lesson he gave to us. He danced and laughed together with each choreographed step of his lesson to a cool rocking song. We dinned and drank together like old friends and ended the evening with an amazing piano serenade and sing along. We even got to play with chiefs cats. This was the best part of our trip 🍝🐈😘🇮🇹🍷

5.00Simone’s cooking class was honestly one of the best experiences of our trip. It felt more like being invited over for dinner at a friend’s place than a formal class. He had everything prepared perfectly in advance, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and his instructions were super clear and easy to follow. While we were chatting and getting to know the group, he brought out some delicious little starter bites he’d made, which was such a nice touch. The pasta we cooked turned out amazing – we were all so proud of our creations! And just when we thought it couldn’t get better, Simone surprised us with a homemade tiramisu that was absolutely delicious. The music, the vibe, the company – it was all perfect. Simone is so warm and friendly, and he made everyone feel right at home. If you’re visiting, don’t miss this experience!

5.00We participated in a fantastic culinary experience where we learned how to prepare homemade pasta, such as cappelletti and tagliatelle, following the advice of a real Romagna. The atmosphere was lively and engaging, with background music making the evening even more enjoyable. We learned how to make dough and roll out pasta, and we had a great time. 5.00Unique and special evening... we learned how to prepare cappelletti and tagliatelle (😋), ate (well), rice and danced! Simone and Mattia accompanied us on this fun evening, with professionalism, kindness and sympathy. A very valid alternative to the usual boring dinners in anonymous restaurants.
