  The experience was fantastic, however I did not get my QR code until I got there, so it took forever to get in, the staff was not helpful. I arranged a pick up and drop of and my return taxi did not turn up, so I had to get a private taxi to take us back to hotel.

  This was a horrible experience and the biggest rip-off. Do not book with this company. Do yourself a favour and just eat at another restaurant where you will find better food and at a better price. Also, check the weather first. Paying more for a 'better' seat means you are outside, in what others have described as cafeteria style seating (not romantic at all). We booked well in advance, and the night was pretty much a wash out. Those that stuck around were probably more concerned about the money wasted than any ambiance or desire to stay. The food was buffet style and some of the worst we have ever tasted. We were wanting a decent meal for the cost of the tour, however this was not the case. You could find much better for under $10 AUD. Stay well away from this event.

  When we arrived the tour operator demanded a 750k vnd additional payment he called a "high season surcharge". We paid it because we were there and wanted to see the show. The only reason we are giving it 3 stars is because the show itself is pretty amazing--fireworks, lasers and water acrobatics. Not very "romantic" though sitting on a huge outdoor deck with hundreds of other people. The food was pretty bad. One thing they do not make clear is that Sun World does two big shows per evening. This is the first. The second also has fireworks but starts later and these tickets were not good for the second show.

• Absolutely misleading- bad views and terrible food. We would have been better organising ourselves. NOT HAPPY!

  Dont book this tour We felt we got a second rate service without going as far as to say it was a scam The company has been terrible to deal with. The show was advertised as romantic dinner with fireworks, symphony of the sea and kiss of the sea show This is Completely misleading. It only includes the Symphony show. I thought i was getting seats to see both shows. It does include the symphony show - but as for the kiss of the sea, you only get to see the fireworks - which you can see anywhere in the area for free. When i questioned this- they told me i didnt read the fine print My problem with that is- why even mention Kiss of the Sea in the advertising to start with. They also told us the restaurant that was advertised was booked out and they could give us a restaurant that had a better view- well that was false!!! The restaurant views for the show are from behind, so most of the laser show and effects were lost in the smoke We thought it looked okay until i went back to sunset town tonight and saw glimpses of the show from the street and realised how much of the show we missed out on seeing. Even obstructed from the buildings, the Front-on view we saw (as how it was supposed to be viewed)- was way more spectacular than our view that we paid top dollar for. You will have a better time finding a nice restaurant of your choice and getting to see the symphony show from there- most places will charge VND 300000 to see the show or VND600000 with a meal Funnily enough- they accidentally sent me the same “restaurant booked out” message a couple of months prior as they got my booking date mixed up with someone else- (i thought nothing of it at the time) As for the food that this company organised- it was a fixed menu and it was TERRIBLE- a chicken salad that was all Lettuce plus a few cherry tomatoes and i think I was lucky to have had 3 tiny pieces of chicken thrown in, The main course was worse- a beef stew that was made up of all the fatty off-cuts You would trim off a steak and was inedible . Luckily it came with bread so we could at least soak up the juices. We also enquired about the pick-up/drop off service. They quoted an extra US$70 for this service, which we decided not to accept and we ended up getting there ourselves- and it only cost US $15 return in a taxi. Honesty do yourself a favour and avoid this company- book with another more trustworthy company or do it yourselves Its easy enough to do.

  Over priced. Asked for extra money after the trip was booked. The show was only 20 minutes. Don't booked this tour. If it was not for our driver we would have been completely lost.

  Dinner with reserved table transfer - Very good organization - WhatsApp contact - Hyundai luxury taxi - little waiting on site to access the restaurant terrace - good dinner, well placed accompanied by a local beer and fabulous show. This is worth its price in VIP, performances and show. Supplement 500Kvnd for 2 people because high season. We had time to walk 1 hour after dinner and show, before the fireworks, exceptional place and contrast.

  We were scammed , the booking ref was not even accepted and our pure joy of experiencing the shows went down the drain for us a family of 4 with an infamy & left us in tears , as the restaurant didn’t accept without the QR code and did not even find our reservation under our name email ID orPhone Number we paid double The price of the actual price too . which was very disappointing, we had this planned for the last day of The trip As a finale .. but left with great sadness.The tour Operator Or Viator didn’t help Us sort the situation right there neither , we tried to contact the helpline etc . None of them worked and we were left stranded to find the show had started and there was nothing that could Be done about it . All I say is if the service provider isn’t capable Of taking up the reservation the window shouldn’t be open for it, please do not scam People I am Yet to receive my refund will trust the process .

  thanks a lot to Mr Ngoc Thu for your recommendation and support, the shows were really impressive, kids loved the fireworks and we were really amazed by the flyboards. Please also say hello to the nice driver who drove us safely. Food is okay, it is a huge restaurant that serves hundreds of guests in less than 3 hours, so some food came late and cold, some drinks were sold out early (orange juice and 4 out of 6 beer types(

  Never, ever book a tour with this company. Contact the restaurant directly instead. This company is an absolute scam. They charged AU$140 for the tour plus another AU$150 as a so-called NYE surcharge, and delivered nothing in return. I specifically asked them to arrange a romantic dinner for me and my wife during our honeymoon, and these people couldn’t even do the most basic thing — reserve a table. We arrived on time for the Symphony of the Sea, something we paid a huge amount of money for, and our table wasn’t even ready. As a result, we couldn’t properly watch the show while seated, completely defeating the purpose of booking this “experience”. This company is incompetent at best and dishonest at worst. They ruined our NYE honeymoon dinner, and I’m leaving with nothing but regrets and a much lighter wallet — for zero service. Please don’t make the same mistake. Do not book with them.

  Show was mesmerising. The travel was not. Very chaotic as it was virtually managed. Please ensure you have transfers and actual guide in person. With kids, finding the right place was difficult. Also th agent charged additional money due to it being on 31st.
