The pickup or start location as was shown on the google map that was provided by Viator in their confirmation email and tixkets was completely misleading. We waited there with no one around. Thereafter when we called up Viator the lady also verified that this location is correct as it appears even on their records. She gave me the contact number of local operator. When I called him (Chris) he said pickup address is exactly on the other side port of Nessebar. We missed the trip. I requested to be available for the later 7pm or even any of the trips on next day. However we were informed no trips next day due to bad conditions at sea. I have requested for refund but no reply coming from Viator. Really disappointing. Always been thwir customer in the past. But I am disappointed by the lack of their professional approach. Amount may besmallish does not matter, it is the attitude and approach towards your customer that matters Anyhow still waiting, if something magical happens and gives me what is called as Customer delight

Excellent experience. Probably one of the last ones for the season. The weather was great and we enjoyed the sunset cruise and the drinks. Totally recommend. Very romantic and nice!

Absolutely terrible, we had this trip booked weeks before we came no direction as to where to meet up kept saying follow the pinpoint the pinpoint and took us to a market no where near the harbour two Bulgarian speakers speak to this person for him to try and say just go to the pinpoint when trying to explain the pinpoint isn’t anywhere anywhere anywhere of water We then had phone call saying that the sea is too rough It is currently 29° and the sea is completely calm not a ripple in it. Massive con artists wasted a whole day and trying to find location with two elderly ladies and then wasted our money time cost of travel to get back-and-forth. I will be seeking reimbursement

Tour operator contacted me to say due to weather winds the sunset cruise would not go ahead. They instead gave me option for a different day. The boat is big and the Captain and the 2 lads on board were very nice. Lunch was yummy too and the music was cool which added to the vibe. I would go again and also recommend a friend.

Excellent location, very lively place. Lots of activities. Lots of shops, restaurants very closely. Excellent breaches. Will definitely use the hotel again.
