In July and August due to the heat the duration of the visit is 2 hours

If you chose the audio guide option, please download it ahead of time while connected to Wi-Fi. Once installed, it works without internet. Headphones are not included – please bring your own, suitable for your phone. Kindly note that the app may not work on old phones. For reservations made after 4:00 PM, there may not be enough time to visit the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. You’re welcome to start earlier or return the next day to access the Forum.

5.00The tour was great. We started with the Roman Forum which was easier to enter on the side where we met. Our tour guide, Nelle V provided interesting historical insights and facts vs. myths. He was engaging and entertaining. There was ample time to take pictures and take in the sights. The Colosseum had multiple levels and the views were spectacular.

5.00We couldn't find tickets and it was a good choice. Although we had to go beyond the Colosseo and then return and enter quickly. It has also allowed us to visit the Colosseo.
Refund! The tour guide did not show up.

1.00Please refund! The Guide never showed up. The trip was changed from 2:30 pm to 2 pm. We waited at the entrance to the site, no specific location was provided when we spoke on the phone. I kept calling at 1:55 pm and finally got someone on the phone. He asked us to rush to the sign with Basilica on it. We rushed and got there in 2 mins and there was no one. My husband took a picture of the location, I can send if you need. We bought tickets at the colosseum ticket booth and got to visit the colosseum at 3 pm.

5.00We didn’t have the guide with us and a group and honestly, we enjoyed it more that way. We had access to everything that was included, all the floors of the Coliseum and the Arena where the gladiators used to use to enter the arena, we had all the time we wanted and needed and then it’s the same thing for the Foro Romano (Romanian Forum), we had access to the Palatin Hill, the Forum the Vigne, etc. and every things you can think of doing during the tour, everything was just me and my wife at our rythm so that was perfect. Notice that if you go at 3pm in the Foro Romano, it closes at 4:30pm and start closing certains area 30min before closing (so at 4pm). And everybody was nice :) Great experience - highly recommend
