Please note that THE NAMES YOU PROVIDE HAVE TO MATCH THE IDS OR PASSPORTS OF ALL PARTICIPANTS (including children), or the Colosseum will deny entry — and don’t forget to bring valid ID for everyone which is necessary to enter. The entrance tickets to the Colosseum cannot be changed or refunded
Each traveler must show a valid ID matching the booking name for entry. Without ID, entry is not guaranteed

In July and August due to the heat the duration of the visit is 2 hours

If you chose the audio guide option, please download it ahead of time while connected to Wi-Fi. Once installed, it works without internet. Headphones are not included – please bring your own, suitable for your phone. Kindly note that the app may not work on old phones. For reservations made after 4:00 PM, there may not be enough time to visit the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. You’re welcome to start earlier or return the next day to access the Forum.

5.00The entire experience was great. The guides were amazing and informative. The team was well prepared and navigated the entries with relative ease. The guides (wish we remembered their full names - Maximus and History Professor Mi??) were passionate and made the experience incredible, helpful for those that needed extra attention and made everyone feel important in the group. The only negative (no fault of the group or team) is that we had booked for a 12:00pm start but the tour started at 1:30. Since it was not significantly impacting other plans it was not an issue for us (and I was informed by email and a personal call on my cell to advise). The tour finished later than expected but due to the passion, insight, and inclusiveness of the professor (Mi??) it was not only a non-issue, it was appreciated.

5.00Good experience! Go at the ticket time and you’ll be able to easily access the premises. I recommend buying the full experience + underground + arena to get the full experience of the coliseum.

1.00Scam. No guided tour. They lie in their description. You are on your own. Too many people using wifi, you get zero support from this scam of an operation. We wasted so much time and our hard earned earnings on this waste of a company. Do it yourself or with someone else!!!!!!

2.00Not sure if i would do this tour again. It felt very rushed for the price, and it was really hard to understand our guide. It also would have been helpful to have a bathroom break when we got to the gardens, as we got lost from the grp trying to go.

5.00Loved the tour! We started at the coliseum and ended at the forum where we were given the option to stay in the forum and continue to explore. We got to see a section that was only opened 2 years ago! The coliseum was my favorite part. Our tour guide was Lara and she took the time to answer everyone's questions. Highly recommend this tour - great way to skip the lines!
