The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

Price is per person, based on 8 adults per car/vehicle.

At the time of the transfer, the driver will wait at the agreed airport pick-up point for a maximum of 60 minutes from the time of flight arrival

in the unlikely event that you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, it is your responsibility to call the emergency number or send an email to make contact. If you fail to call the emergency contact number within 60 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, and as such the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered a no show.

Rome Fiumicino Airport Directions: After you have collected your luggages, head trough custom and out in the arrival hall. Your driver will be waiting in the arrival hall by the NCC MEETING POINT/LIMO SERVICE holding a signboard with lead traveller name on it.

We were tired upon arrival, so it was great to see a sign with our name on it. Our driver was helpful with luggage and we walked to his parked car...good driver.

We never received the transfer we paid for due to lost luggage. Unfortunately one of our party was waiting for their luggage and exceeded the amount of time the service will wait (two hours). This is understandable that they have a time limit. However, the driver told us he would wait for us if we paid for the extra time. He quoted an additional 30 euros. We agreed and he said he was going to change his parking ticket because it was expiring after two hours. He said he’d be back in 10-15 mins. He never returned. After going through the lost luggage claim process we contacted the company and asked if they were sending another driver and he was very rude via email and said that we were being considered a no show, with no refund, and no new driver. We were basically stranded and ended up taking a city cab. Then, when we finally got settled at the hotel and connected to email we saw that the company had proactively cancelled our return transfer. I cannot emphasize how unprofessional this company is. Unless everything goes perfectly for you, you are risking a similar experience. Very disappointing.

Driver was on time, waited for us on slightly delayed flight. He was easy to spot and drove us all the way to our doorstop in the middle of Rome during very busy time.
