A beautiful way to see the Amalfi Coast

Giovanni met us at our Air B and B promptly, as arranged. He gave us an introduction and thus began our journey. We drove straight through to Positano where we had a coffee and strolled around the town. Then we visited Amalfi, a town dominated by a beautiful Church of St. Andrew. Giovanni encouraged us to tour the church and grounds. Then we took time to sit and enjoy a cold drink and lemon sorbetto. Finally we traveled up to Ravello, Giovanni’s “favorite” and it did not disappoint. We first had a casual lunch in the plaza. Then we visited the Villa Rufolo. This was a peaceful respite with stunning views and colorful gardens even now in early spring. We then traveled back to Salerno with stops for photos. It was a great day! Thanks Giovanni!

My day trip from Salerno to Amalfi, Ravello, and Positano by car was nothing short of spectacular! The coastal views were breathtaking, and having a private car made it so easy to relax and soak in the scenery without the stress of navigating. Amalfi’s charm, Ravello’s scenic overlooks, and Positano’s vibrant colors were like stepping into a postcard. The driver was friendly and knowledgeable, sharing local insights that made each stop even more enjoyable. This is the perfect way to experience the beauty of the Amalfi Coast!

Supposed to have an English-speaking driver/guide, air-conditioned vehicle, & bottled water supplied. Driver did not speak English and asked for the AC three times put it on for about two minutes and then turned it off. No bottled water supplied.

Great. Give Giovanni a raise. Wonderful. Don’t limit to six hours. Not enough time. Great. Great. Just missed rain in Amalfi
