1.00Do not use this guide. We waited two hours for them to show. Up. They wouldn’t answer phone calls or WhatsApp messages . Then they said they were there. And we weren’t. Pure lie. Fortunately I took a map screen shot of are location with date and time now we’re trying to get refund.

5.00Giuseppe was a wonderful tour guide of the scenic Amalfi Coast and Pompeii! It was wonderful to spend the day with a local who was so experienced and could suggest great picture taking spots. Without Giuseppe, we would have never known about the mansion which offered breathtaking views, creating memories we will always cherish. I highly recommend this tour, and especially, Giuseppe as a guide!

1.00This was one of the first excursions I booked for my family for our 7 person cruise to Italy and Greece. Pompeii is a bucket list item for us. Just a few days before the excursion, and after we were on the ship, I received a message from the tour operator saying that the government was cracking down on car tours of the Amalfi coast because of congestion. I appreciated that the tour company tried to offerer me other options, including several more expensive boat tours, but none would have accomplished our goal. And of course by the time that they cancelled, all of the Pompeii excursions from the cruise ship were full. Strangely enough, when I went to look at the page on Viator, I was able to "book" it again, at a higher price. Extremely disappointed.

5.00Leave plenty of time for each destination as traffic is crazy. Location pick-ups are also difficult as not a lot of parking areas for small vans or vehicles. Our tour guy was very good and polite. A nice lad

5.00Giovanni was our guide and driver for our tour. He was a very well versed young gentleman who loves his homeland and is happy to share his experiences of life in Salerno and Amalfi Coast. He is passionate about the history and cultural heritage of the area. We spent 2 hours in Pompeii understanding why he feels this way. Then the Amalfi Cathedral that is hidden behind a facade of mediocre grace to divulge a myriad of amazing beauty and the Crypt that is Captivating. Topped of with the most fabulous hidden gem of Rovello. A place that has me mesmerised by the whole experience. Thanks for sharing the wonderful stories and incredible sights Giovanni

1.00This tour did not even come close to meeting our expectations. In about 5 hours, we made it to Pompeii and Ravello. We had 1 hour in each stop and 3 hours of driving with horrible conditions. Our driver, Giovanni, vaped in the car, used cell phone for texting (against the law in Italy), and drove recklessly, sometimes driving 30 kph over the speed limit in less than ideal rode conditions (rain and traffic). He offered to continue the tour to Amalfi for extra money but we just wanted to end the tour without getting in an accident. We have been in contact with the tour operator and Viator regarding this experience. Our recommendation would be to go to Pompeii for a few hours. It is very interesting. Ravello is a long drive from the port on windy mountainous roads.

4.00The trip very was thoroughly enjoyable although a little bit rushed due to the distances that need to be covered. The driver Giovanni was very responsive, helpful, polite and was happy to accommodate our schedule overrunning a bit. Pompeii was a massive ancient city waiting to be explored, but probably better to visit during cooler months. Amalfi was nice but may be a little bit touristy. Ravello is quite special - perched in the hills above the coast - quaint but beautiful. It is a lot quieter and peaceful than Amalfi.
Very good experience especially if you are going to come with kids. Highly recommended.
