Amazing tour and great customer service

5.00Brett and Brad were amazing hosts, having a small group was amazing, it felt like a private trip, the drinks were free flowing and the conversation great. We were given loads of time to snorkel I also had some issues prior to the trip and this was handled perfectly.

5.00We celebrated my two sisters birthdays with a trip to the sand in the middle of water, called a sandbar. The trip started on time, 5 pm, and ended at sunset, 8:30 pm. Our captain and first mate worked well together. They gave about 10 guests a second chance as they missed the launch window and waved at us as we set out. I looked at the captain and he said he felt generous today. He turned the ship around and returned to collect the tardy to the party passengers. He gave them a stern lecture on boat safety an we were once again streaming towards the Sandbar. The first mate worked as long showman, weighing anchor, and hoisting the gangway, but he also served as DJ and bartender. He was very talented. The captain was kind and generous as I mentioned. He set course and didn’t vary until we set anchor on the sandbar. We had to make adjustments as we drifted slightly from about 2 feet of depth to over 6 feet, which made our shipmates have to tread water until we felt sand under our feet. My family enjoyed the salty sea water. We took photos and overcame fears of the water that were formed long ago. Our 3 hour tour will remain as a pleasant experience in our memories. My sister said that we should be this every year. My wife had this adventure on her bucket list. Now that item has crossed off, we’d still come back and do it again. I almost forgot to give a shout out to the admin in the check in area. She greeted guests friendly and offered wise advice on equipment that will be needed like waterproof phone protectors, I bought two from the shrewd store keeper. She was really nice.

5.00This an awesome excursion! The boat is fantastic (it does have a restroom onboard), the crew is outstanding, and the location we stopped at was gorgeous. Great for all ages. We brought our own floats along, so we could just relax in the water.

5.00It was soo refreshing being in the water. The drinks were flowing and the staff was great. Grace was so helpful and sweet. The slapping of the bag was my favorite , take the tour and find out what this is lol
