  We got cancelled since they said they are out of capacity and ask if we can shift it to 2 days later. That’s ridiculous. Obviously, the system is not timely or they do overselling. It is quite painful when you set everything up and the schedule got totally devastated. My mum was so disappointed and normally you do a day trip to this island if you are traveller. We even stay one more night and still don’t help. I don’t know it was the problem of viator or the service provider. I shift my plan for that and make a room for the schedule . However, for a beginner , I am disappointed and feel helpless about my situation .

  We are extremely disappointed with our Scenic Flight experience. We tried contacting the help number, but there was no prompt response. Additionally, the weather was very bad today with heavy rain, and we received no alerts or notifications about any delays. When we went to the site, the Waiheke Wings office was closed, and there was no shelter in the heavy rain. We called both the office and the help number provided with the activity, only to find out that the office had no record of our booking for that day. We spent a lot of time making calls and have still not received any refund. This experience has been very frustrating and unacceptable.

  This was a wonderful way to see the island on a short timeline. Our pilot was informative and very accommodating. We felt totally comfortable throughout. Incredible views of Waiheke and neighboring islands. Highly recommend!!
