Overall the boat cruise and getting to see the sights from the top of the tower of the Americas was great, however, there was a significant lack of coordination with the tour guide. It started out pretty rocky when it took much longer to pick up the group than expected so we began about 45 min late. We weren’t given the tour guides information prior to getting picked up so there was no way to get specifics until we got there. We weren’t able to view the Alamo due to a private event being held there so completely skipped this part before going to the tower of the Americas. We had to wait on an extremely long line to get upstairs and ultimately ended up leaving because otherwise we would miss our 9pm boat tour. We then went to the boat tour and following that went back to the tower of the Americas. What should have been an approximately 3 hour excursion turned into 4.5 hours.

More walking and steps than advertised. I was with a person with walking difficulty and it was very hard for her. Description should state that there is quite a bit of walking and many steps. Otherwise, we enjoyed the tour.

The best part of the experience was the Riverwalk boat cruise. Not so much from the cruise it's self but because it allowed us to see the night life on the Riverwalk and take notes on some places we wanted to see before leaving.

It is a very nice thing to do while in San Antonio. You cruise down the River Walk and see lots of pretty scenery, shops and restaurants. The tour guides also give you history of the town.

We did the all day tour so some of this tour was repetitive. The boat trip on River Walk was pretty at night. We opted out of the tower due to apprehensive about heights. Thought we would get refunded for tickets but didn't.
