If you can walk and breathe - you can Sea Trek. Experience the thrill of exploring the ocean and all its wonders, without giving up precious vacation time for specialized training. Sea Trek is the world's premier underwater helmet diving experience. Imagine walking in zero gravity while surrounded by incredible aquatic life - that's Sea Trek. Following an orientation, a guide will lead you along an underwater trail near Coral World’s Underwater Observation Tower. The helmet provides the air, weight and stability to walk upright under the water. Your head and hair stay completely dry and you breathe normally inside the helmet. Fish and other sea creatures swim right up to your visor.
Program duration is about 45 mins (Dive time approximately 25 mins.)
Bring or wear swim wear with a cover-up and towel.

Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
Children must weigh at least 80lbs and be at least 8yrs old to participate
Participants must sign a health release form ensuring good health in order to participate.
You will not be permitted to participate if you have a history of heart attacks, strokes, heart disease, angina, heart or blood vessel surgery.
You will not be permitted to participate if you have epilepsy, blackouts, fainting, convulsions, or take medications to prevent them.
You will not be permitted to participate if you have asthma or wheezing with breathing or exercise.
You will not be permitted to participate if you are pregnant.
You will not be permitted to participate if you are currently under the influence of drugs or alcohol
You will not be permitted to participate if have a cold, bronchitis, or sinus related issues
You will not be permitted to participate if you have problems equalizing ears with airplane or mountain level
You will not be permitted to participate if you have a history of bleeding, blood disorders, high blood pressure or take medications to control it
You will not be permitted to participate if you have a history of diabetes affecting your ability to participate in strenuous activity.
You will not be permitted to participate if you've had sinus or ear surgery.

5.00Fun experience you definitely have to know what you’re doing under the water. The only thing I didn’t like was I paid for my pictures the same day but didn’t get until the next day.

5.00It was a very fun experience, and the place had a really good vibe. Katie was really kind in helping us get ready, and J-Mike “the most important one” was very helpful in getting us into the water. Our 20 minute dive was jam-packed with activities, and our divers Natalie and Andres showed us a lot of cool stuff 15 feet under the surface, like letting us hold a sea urchin, touching a plant that sucked (yes, sucked) away from our hands, and making a fish blow bubbles at our fists. Everybody was able to have fun, even though we had around 10 people. It was really fun, and I would recommend it to everybody.

5.00It was great! J-Mike, Jonathan, and Jason were the best. Everyone was amazing but Jonathan was so kind and patient with me having a fear of being underwater. I highly recommend this for anyone visiting St. Thomas.

5.00Katie, Jonathan and Natalie were fantastic, as well as the lady in the ticket booth at the entrance! All very hospitable and knowledgable. The dive was great. We saw so many beautiful fish! 🐠 🐟 Highly recommend and would come back again! Ken & Tina, NC

3.00My husband and our two 15 year olds did this excursion. You have to sign a waiver stating that you don’t have any cardiac issues (blood pressure) or have had any sinus surgeries, etc. We were told that if you say yes to any of the questions then you will not be allowed to participate. No phone cameras or cameras are allowed (they take their own pictures for you to purchase). You start on a platform and climb around to the other side of the ladder that goes doesn’t 12-15 feet into the water. They’ll place a weighted hood on you that they’ll put some kind of air into. You’ll slowly walk down the ladder until a guide grabs your hand and leads you to a railing. Keep your head up and straight as if you look down you’ll get water in the helmet. They said if this starts to happen then just raise your head up and the water will go out. I didn’t chance this. My son and I felt like we had to “hold” our helmets down. The underwater guide led you along the rail that you held onto. There’s no way to communicate and you only hear underwater noises. A thumbs up means go up and thumbs down go down. You make an ok sign as you would in sign language. The entire underwater experience probably lasted 15 minutes. It was a good experience but I’d not do it again. Really wasn’t much to see except gray corral and a few small fish.

5.00The experience was amazing and one of a kind. It was a slow day at the park, so we got the staff to ourselves. Jonathan was funny, yet knowledgeable and thorough when going through all the safety precautions. Katie was friendly and skillful in getting our helmets in and out of the water. Natalie guided us down and around the ocean bottom, and even went out of her way for some personalized photos of interactions with the wildlife! Did I say it was amazing!?

5.00We were part of the 1pm helmet dive. It was an amazing day! Everyone was great. Natalie was amazing! The divers were very friendly and helpful.
