4.00I wasn’t sure what to expect when signing up for this tour as I wasn’t too familiar with the building prior, but it was a lovely tour to see some of the highlights of the hotel. The only note of improvement is that I wish a part of the tour was outside to learn more about the exterior of the building.

5.00Fascinating tour of the hotel. Interesting and informative. The building is stunning and the rooms we saw were incredible. Our tour guide, Zach, was well spoken and knowledgeable. He told many interesting stories about the hotel's history.
