Why do sightseeing in slow-motion when you can do it all in a 60-minute work-out? Join one of our energetic Personal Trainers for a refreshing walk – or jog - around the historic city of Trondheim.

On this tour you will get to see almost all the good sights the city has to offer and promote your health while doing it. The tour starts outside the tourist information at Nordre gate 11 and within minutes you will experience the nice breeze from the fjord, followed by churches and riverbanks, The famous Nidaros Cathedral, the iconic boathouses and wharves, Tyholt tower, Kristiansten fortress from the year 1685, cozy Bakklandet with its wooden houses and so much more.

This tour is perfect when time is of the essence and you want to make the most of it, or as a start off to get a good overlook of the city with all its different sights. The pace and level will be adjusted to each participant.

Ingrid was fantastic‼️We did a power walk of the city while learning the history and culture of Trondheim. There were 14 of us and we all loved this tour. Highly recommend ‼️

Enjoyed seeing the bicycle lift to aid cyclists up a very steep hill. Linda was a great tour guide who gave us a nice overview of Trondheim and its history. Beautiful view atop the fortress hill.

We were on a Havila cruise and did the power walk city tour. We saw so many sights and got exercise as well. We saw far more than the tour from the ship.

I stayed mostly at the caravan parking lot at Dora I. It makes sense to arrive around in the middle of the day because the parking is likely to be completely full in the evening in the summer. There are some places that have power and discharge of septic tank are available. Drinking water can be filled. Shower and toilets are not available on site. Some noise from passing trains and buses with accessions nearby. Short distance to: Bus stop, Ramp Pub & Dining, Svartlamon, Sunside and Midtown.

Despite the weather, our intrepid guide led us through historic areas, a church, a lovely town square, and we stopped for lunch near the cathedral before returning to our ship. We learned much about the history and lifestyles of the people.
