One of the most exciting boat trips is to visit the sunken city of Kekova. A terrible earthquake in the 2nd century AD caused a downward shift of land and submerged the ancient houses. You will travel by our vehicle to Ucagiz Village and then take a boat to Kekova area where you will witness the remains of the ancient city.
The ancient Lycian sunken city of Simena is often referred to as Kekova-Simena. The city is a charming mix of ancient, medieval and modern history making it interesting as well as beautiful.
The day begins with a drive to Üçağız village from our office in Kas center to board the boat which will then stop for a swim at Aquarium bay.

DEPARTURE : 9:30 RETURN : 18.00 Shared Boat Tour of the Sunken City in Kekova- from Kas Harbor including lunch on board start around 10:00 from our Larsoy Travel and Tourism Office at the center of Kas. Spend a day on the water with our brand new 24 meter Traditional Wooden boat , relaxing in the sun, swimming in the refreshing sea and experiencing awe-inspiring ancient ruins, all from the comfort of our boat. Our experienced captain will guide us to the region’s best swimming spots, sharing interesting information along the way. We’ll explore the quaint village of Kalekoy and photograph the sunken city of Kekova, all with the energy provided by a delicious lunch and the warm Mediterranean sun.
We’ll board the boat and set off on our journey through the calm waters towards Kekova. You be offered refreshments in the sun as we continue on our scenic 1.5 hours cruising to our first stop, Inonu Bay, where you’ll have to chance to swim

5.00An unforgettable experience! We would like to sincerely thank Captain Ergün and his crew for the extraordinary boat tour. The boat was very comfortable, the ride pleasant and relaxing. We would particularly like to highlight the attentive Service, the delicious catering and the excellent food – everything was perfectly organized down to the last detail. 5.00we had a great day on the ergun boat! very nice boat very well maintained! even if there are many people on the boat, we always managed to find places to land to be out of the crowd! the swimming spots are amazing and really worth the visit, the captain even suggested to those who wanted to follow him for a discovery of the surroundings by swimming! remember to take your own snorkeling equipment, even if the team offers (€) but there is not necessarily everything depending on the stock. the staff was very friendly throughout the day and offers very good meals + watermelon + tea! There is also a very varied offer at the bar for drinks and snacks (€). Must do if you are visiting Kas!

5.00Beautiful day on the water and in the water 🌞 The landscapes are simply beautiful. The visit to the village is superfluous, but good. Captain and crew speak English/Turkish. They are super nice and attentive. Wc and cabins on the boat to change. Price correct. Discount for children and teenagers. Check Deals on TripAdvisor (-10%) Meals, watermelon and tea included. Price of drinks and snacks on board at very decent prices. Go ahead with your eyes closed 😍

5.00This was a great boat trip. Well organized lunch was included and plated for us and absolutely delicious. My daughter who is six loved the experience. There were lots of families with kids. The crew and Captain Ergun were professional, extremely friendly and organized. I loved the historical explanations of simena sunken city. We stopped in some amazing spots to swim in the turqouise blue waters of the turkish coastline. For the money this was a great day on the water. Note all seating is reserved. We opted for a table spot in the shade for a family of 5. Anything less you share the table with others. They have beach chairs on the upper deck whuch are great as well if you want to be outdoors. The crew calls you two days before your trip to book your seating. We had a great experience and highly recommend. It was wonderful.

5.00Simply the best boat ride in Turkey, not only for the wonderful landscapes, but for the Service offered. Very organized, friendly crew and very helpful. Service on board in the 10, I can serve individually and without queues and agglomerations (and look I was the last to be served and was delicious!). The guide is friendly and explains everything very well besides taking a great photo. It was worth it! I recommend and if you are in Kas don't miss this wonderful tour with this team in the ten!

5.00This boat tour convinced me in all respects. We only paid 60€ per person. The staff was very pleasant. The destinations (four swimming breaks, a small castle visit) were super interesting. Lunch (fish or chicken with many different side dishes) was good and included in the price. A round of tea and watermelon were distributed over the house. Even though I didn’t look at the ship’s bar offerings in detail, there seemed to be an appropriate selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as snacks. The water was very affordable at 30 tsp (about 0.65€) per 0.5l bottle and the remaining prices seemed to be quite cheap too. At the last swim break, the captain offered to use his drone to make a video of individual persons/pairs/groups with the boat and the surrounding area. So now we have a beautiful video, and that's also for free. The only criticism on my part is that the food was served just before a swim break. That's why I had to skip it to eat the food in peace and still warm. In summary, all that can be said is: 10/10, I would do it again!
