Explore Bonaire with us! This tour visits both the North and the South sides, so by the end you will have a better impression of the island. Your local guide will take you to several places like Goto Lake, 1000 Steps, the beautiful colors of the salt flats and salt mountains, slave huts and much more. Take beautiful pictures of Bonaire's wild animals like flamingos, goats, iguanas and donkeys.
We make photo stops and talk about what you see.
There is room to ask questions anyway.

After cruise pick up, we will drive through the capital of Bonaire, Kralendijk, towards the North side. We will visit some of the island's most famous landmarks.
Of course we will make some extra stops when we spot flamingos. Best is to stay silent otherwise we might scare them away

1.00We were given the wrong place to meet. So we missed it. We got sent an email , but it was hidden. Could not find it on time. We went on tgecSouth tour later. but really only saw salt nunes

5.00Great way to get to know the island. Vanessa our guide was excellent with lots of interesting information and history with a couple of quick extra stops. 😄 We saw everything we needed to at a great price.

4.00Eugene was our guide and he was excellent. A native from Bonaire, he was knowledgable and articulate. However, there were issues with booking and the woman at the port running the excursion. Our ship was always scheduled to arrive at 9 am. We booked for a party of 5 people for 1 pm. Two days before, we were asked to change to 9 and get there as early as possible. No problem- we accommodated. The ship put out a note the night before that clearance might not happen till 9:30 am, so I let them know. We were able to disembark at 9 and arrived at the tent by 9:10. Then we were told that the ship was late and was supposed to arrive by 8 am. ( that was a lie) and we needed to go for a walk and come back by 10:15 for a departure and there were 2 other people with us. We still decided to roll with it. When we returned we still were asked to wait. Eugene arrived and the 5 of us were sent off to the van with 5 other people. Another party of 2 and a party of 3. After some very disagreeable and rude comments from the party of 3, 7 of us got in the van and then Eugene drove back to the tent. It was absurd that the other 3 people were assigned to the same van. Our party of 5 and the party of 2 plus Eugene just fit. The woman at the tent was not helpful and finally we left. Not an auspicious way to begin an excursion. Eugene, however, did a great job and we proceeded without further incident. That's why I gave the actual excursion a high rating. However, management really manipulated us and lied several times. So, unless they clean that up, I could not recommend.

3.008 adults plus driver/guide was a serious sardine can in a small van for 4 hours. Tour was decent around the island. There was no distillery stop. Saw another driver passed out samples at a museum stop. We didn't get anything.

4.00Lovely 3.5 hour tour of Bonaire including 1000 Steps (no we didn't see turtles), flamboyance in the wild, salt pier (pretty cool operation), slave huts, sorobon, and scenic drive. Rincon not a great stop to me personally. Very nice local tour guide who provided insights and answered questions. Good overview of Bonaire amidst a small group of 15 on a quite comfortable mini bus. Very affordable alternative to cruise ship tours and right at the pier once you disembark the cruise ship. Would give tour 4.5 stars, but that wasn't a choice so leaned to 4 stars instead, but definitely recommend.

4.00The tour operator/stand was disorganized. The pinned location was not accurate. Then, they told us they were going to start an hour later. We were told to go shop while they waited for more people. Thankfully, the actual tour guide was fantastic. She really knew a lot about the island as a long time resident. She explained how the island was run with government, business, and local neighborhoods. She showed us the north and south, local wildlife, and answered all of our questions.
