4.00Poor communications between dispatchers and drivers . Drivers were given the wrong time schedule twice. Made us wait an hour. Good thing those drivers were nice and the van was clean.

5.00I booked this airport transfer not knowing what to expect but was pleasantly surprised on arrival to find the driver with my name waiting at the arrival terminal and when getting into the transport was like being in business class with a very comfortable reclining chair, bottle of water, and a good English speaking driver. I ended up booking again for my return trip to the airport which was just as good.
