5.00On our pre cruise extension in Siem Reap, I booked this private tour to see as much of the city as we could and we were not disappointed! Lux made sure we go the most out of our time. We were scoped away in a Tuktuk for a great adventure. He took us to the local market to witness every day life of a Cambodian. Then to check out some Temples and the life of the Buddhist Monks. Followed by A stop at a local artesian shop. Then we got to visit the APOPO center to learn about the Herorats at their contribution to ridding land mines in Cambodia (this was my favorite). And finally a stop at a local grocery store to pick up some essentials. Lux was fabulous, fun and very accommodating. I highly recommend him for your tour of Siem Reap!

3.00For me the tour was bit flat with little to see about Seim Reap. The driver and guide were good but I would have liked to seen more of the town. The Hero Rats part of the tour was excellent and would recommend it.

3.00We arrived the city late in the afternoon, so missed out a few temples experience. We visited a couple of temples, one of them was worth seeing. Rest of the tour was very ordinary with a local market, silk shop, and Pub street. All finished in a couple hours. Overall, it was a good intro to the city, but we could have just as easily hire a tuk tuk and go to the same places ourselves with a fraction of the price.
