In a very simple way, directly in the vineyards, we will talk about the agronomic cycle of our organic grapes with the help of genetics, physiology, ecology, pruning, handling of the soil and harvesting.

In the cellar we will take into consideration the basic concepts for a quality wine making, analyzing the chemical, physical and microbiological details of our wines, during all the main steps of the process from grape to wine: stemming-crushing, alcoholic fermentation, maceration, malolatic fermentation, racking off, stabilizing, bottling and refinement.

5.00Best wine tasting we have been to in Tuscany. Everyone was so lovely and the guides were so informative. The wine and food were delicious and we came home with a few bottles of course! Highly recommend!!
