5.00I particularly valued Umesha's proactive communication, as he consistently confirmed pickup times the day before each scheduled transfer. His associates were attentive to our needs, making stops as requested and even highlighting local points of interest during our journeys. Punctuality was a consistent hallmark of Umesha and his team. We enjoyed engaging conversations and gained valuable insights into the local culture and geography from their extensive knowledge. Traveling in air-conditioned comfort provided a heightened sense of security, which was greatly appreciated. I consistently provided a gratuity to each driver. For managing multiple transfers, I highly recommend creating a detailed spreadsheet for Umesha, outlining pickup times and locations.

5.00. Our driver, Umesha was fantastic. He guided us around the island, showing us places and experiences we never would have found on our own, and he was always happy to organise things at just a few minutes’ notice if needed. He was consistently prompt, drove a clean and comfortable car stocked with water, recommended great places to eat, and always made sure we arrived safely at our accommodation, liaising with them ahead of our arrival. He also booked our train tickets in advance, and Umesha checked us onto the train, completely taking away any stress. He was great company throughout the trip. Knowledgeable, polite, respectful of our space, and he even took some fantastic photos for us. We would 100% recommend unesha and his team to anyone visiting Sri Lanka.

5.00Umesha was excellent - as a local, advising us on the best time of day to go to get the views (and avoid the rain! ) No problem picking us up at 4.30 am. Very comfortable car also.

5.00We were on the road with Umesha for a week and could not have asked for a better driver for our Sri Lanka trip. From the start he was incredibly friendly, reliable and always on time – even if we wanted to start very early in the morning, he was already ready and greeted us with a smile. In the car there was always fresh water waiting for us, which we appreciated very much with the warmth. What makes Umesha special is his helpfulness: He really took everything from us that had to be sorted out on the spot – whether at train stations, ticket counters or even when I left my e-book reader in a hotel. He immediately took over all the communication and organized everything so we didn't have to worry about anything. For each city and place he had helpful tips, recommendations for things to do and insider suggestions that made our holiday even more beautiful. He was patient, respectful and warm at all times. We felt safe, in good hands and well looked after throughout. Umesha is an absolute professional – we can recommend him with a clear conscience!
