  The experience with Outfitters was unique, and we truly felt cared for. Uriel, Josias, and Lester cared for all our group's needs, from those who biked to those who chose to ride the van; they were prepared. We also enjoyed a nice meal in a family on Easter Sunday which made the experience more personal.

  Our experience with Old Town Outfitters for the Sip n Cycle tour was truly unforgettable. We were a group of 18 educators, and from start to finish, everything was thoughtfully designed and incredibly well-supported. Our guides, Lester, Josias, and Uriel, were absolutely fabulous. They brought so much joy, knowledge, and care to the experience, making every moment feel both safe and meaningful. What stood out most was how inclusive the tour was. Four members of our group weren’t comfortable riding bikes, and they were able to fully participate in a relief vehicle, never missing a moment of the experience. From cycling through beautiful landscapes to learning about the coffee process and sharing a truly special lunch together, every part of the day felt intentional and connected. This wasn’t just a tour...it was an experience we will never forget.   A really good experience and a cosy bike tour outside the local cities of Antiguas. We visited churches, coffee plantations, chocolate factory and around in the local towns. With a skilled tour guide and a solid mbt bike, the tour can definitely be recommended.

  They are very well organized. Confortable mountain bikes well equipped, with all necessary needs (helmet, water..) Our guide very sympathetic always smiling, and feel very secure biking. Moreover fluent in English and guided us to astonishing places that you should discover :-)

  Our tour was perfect. We had a two-day volcano backpacking trip booked for later in the week so we wanted a relatively easy bike tour. Old Town Outfitters set us up with the perfect outing. The ride was long enough to feel like we got some exercise but not taxing at all. The bikes and the gear were all high quality. I really enjoyed getting to test out a Kona full suspension! Our guides Francisco and Diane were super knowledgeable and engaging. They made sure we had a great time. Highly recommend the tour of the coffee plantation and Old Town Outfitters in general.

  Had a fantastic time on the tour of the area around Antigua, the coffee farm, and getting to meet wonderful people along the way. My tour guide was the best, she was kind, helpful and took great care of me while biking and touring the area. 10/10 would recommend

  Amazing experience! Bike riding through Antigua was beautiful and the visit to see how coffee was made with lunch with a local family was great too. Highly recommend. Good people.

• De Le Gent Mountain Bike Coffee Tour

  I'm so glad I signed up for this! I chose to do the tour that visits a local coffee farmer instead of a plantation, and even though it's pricier I definitely felt like it was worth it! I was the only one on the tour and it started with a mountain bike ride through Antigua out to the neighboring town to meet up with the coffee farmer. Oseas was my tour guide and he was great! Extremely knowledgeable about the history of Guatemala. We met up with Fredy and a translator (wish I got his name because he did a great job!) Fredy showed us the farming co-op and explained how they grow & roast coffee beans. We ended the tour by visiting Fredy's home where his family cooked us lunch and we spent time talking and enjoying coffee! It felt like a personal, inside look at life in Guatemala and their coffee industry and I felt very grateful that Fredy and his family welcomed us into his home. It was a very special experience and I would definitely recommend it!

  

  

  

• Great Way to See Antigua

  This was one of 3 trips/tours we did with Old Town Outfitters. This is a great way to see the beautiful buildings and scenery. When you are in a car or bus, you cannot appreciate the beauty. Pablo was our guide. He was excellent. He is from Antigua and very knowledgeable about the history of the town and all of Guatemala. We rode through the cobblestone streets and Pablo pointed out many points of interested. Our destination was the coffee plantation. We had a wonderful guide that gave us the history of coffee and walked us through the plantation showing us the process.
