We purchased skip the line tickets, met our “guide” and did not skip the line. In fact we had to wait in a really long. I say, “guide” because all they did was print out our tickets, hand them to us and tell us to wait in line. Would not recommend.

Mary was our guide and she was fantastic! Very interesting museum. The artwork was unreal and the statues were incredible.

Our ItalianPass guide was late at the meeting point. She looked at our vouchers, left and came back with old fashioned paper tickets and told us to get in the security line with everyone else. We waited in line for over 30 minutes. I actually think we waited longer AND paid an extra 40€ for a worse experience than making the reservation on our own. Don’t do this “tour.” You can figure it out without Viator.

There are so many artists & art to digest, time permitting would be best to do it in 2 days! Alas that’s expensive and time consuming in a renaissance city with so many galleries & attractions to see!

This ticket did not allow us to skip any lines. Luckily, we were here in February off-season and only waited outside for about 25 minutes to enter. The representative did meet us exactly where indicated, provided the tickets, put us in the appropriate line, and then promptly left us. I would not pay money again for this experience.
