It was my first ever ghost tour and I really enjoyed it. Although I personally did not experience any unusual things I found the historical side very fascinating as I've been coming to Skipton for many years. Our ghost guide, The Butcher, was amazing and would definitely go on another tour next year. ☺️ 👻

Great little ghost walk! Young lady did a great job. Loved hearing the history of Skipton and its buildings. Would highly reccomend.

Attended the Skipton ghost walk this evening (11 October 2025). Started outside the castle, walked to the church next door, part onto the canal and down the side street and yards. I have visited Skipton over the years but some of the side streets and the way they connected back to the main street were new. I enjoyed the mixture of history alongside the added ghost stories - all relayed clearly and easy to understand. Something for the sceptics as well as the believers with the stories! The walk lasted an hour which was long enough and was well paced out. Enjoyed it! Thank you!

The Butcher did such an amazing job giving us a tour of not just the ghosts but also the history of Skipton. I 100% recommend and would definitely go again!

Excellent tour around Skipton taking in the castle gates, church, canal backstreets and squares in the town. Fun and informative. The Butcher did a fabulous job of keeping us informed, entertained, keeping us together and safe (not just from the roads but any ghosts along the way!) Recommended for locals too!

Had a great time on the walking tour! Tanisha did an amazing job of telling us all about the spooky stuff going on in Skipton, with some jokes and history thrown in as well. The route was easy to navigate, making it an activity for everybody! Thank you!

My 16 year old granddaughter and myself thoroughly enjoyed the Skipton ghost tour with The Butcher. Lots of interesting history , ghostly and otherwise, with some humour thrown in. Suitable for all ages .
