Located on the 103rd floor of Willis Tower, formerly Sears Tower -- the third-tallest building in the world -- the Skydeck offers spectacular sweeping views and is full of interactive exhibits. To complete your exciting Chicago experience, head to the Ledge, a glass balcony showcasing unbeatable views of Chicago’s top attractions like Wrigley Field and the Navy Pier.

We added a brand new Chicago Experience that you start with by the box office prior taking the elevator trip to the 103rd floor. It is a 45,000 sq ft. museum of today. The New Experience is part Chicago History, part Architecural tour, part Selfie Museum and part Children's Museum. This is fun and interactive for all ages. Ride our "L" Train, see our infinity pizza bed, take pictures ontop of Willis Tower and so much more! This is the best way to see Chicago in one setting.

Located in Willis Tower, formerly Sears Tower, the Skydeck offers spectacular sweeping vistas of Chicago and beyond from the 103rd floor. Walk out onto the Ledge, a glass box-like balcony that extends 4.3 feet (1.3 meters) from the building, and experience an unconventional view-straight-down! Admire the lofty views of top Chicago attractions from a breathtaking height of 1,353 feet (412.4 meters). On a clear day, you can see up to 50 miles (80.5 km) out! It’s also the perfect vantage point for great sunset and twinkling nightscape views. Bring your camera or treat yourself to a professional photo available at the gift shop. Enjoy our new multi million dollar expansion with our new Chicago Experience. It was great! More than just being on the Skydeck there was literally a whole exhibit about Chicago! We spent most of the time there! The Skydeck was cool but I have a fear of heights so I know I gave my son & the staff some laughing moments! Lol the lobby in the Willis towers is full of different spots to eat as well.

It was unfortunate bc it was a foggy night so we didn’t see any of the city however the guy told us when we got there we could reschedule bc of fog but we were leaving the next day to return home so no time to reschedule 😢

What a view!!!! Impressive to see the city from the heights, and more than by this time it had snowed. The tour of the museum is very interactive and informative, you enjoy and learn a lot.

This is a fun experience and great for pictures the only downside is that the staff rushes you to take pictures. You only have 90 seconds for your group to take pictures and they rush you.

Book through you all so they can skip the lines and shop in center while you wait. I do wish they would let you, go in earlier because the museum and the look outs take time. The schedule ledge time did not happen ontime because everyone was either bypass photo opportunities or crowded at the ledge. You only get 90 seconds on the ledge to take pictures so you have to be ready. Ears pop at floor 77 so chew gum on the way up and down to 103 floor. But we did eat afterwards. So yes all the food and places, something for everyone inside the tower was good. You need to plan that’s the only thing you doing for like 4 hours. If you don’t get there before your scheduled time you will be in a long line to scan tickets, go through security before entering museum. Give patience to go through museum and take pictures. Then have patience along to wait for your 90seconds. Great food, museum, and shops!
