Experience an eco-friendly and serene sunset tour by joining us on the first fully electric and noise-free catamaran in the Canary Islands. Not only will you revel in the stunning scenery, but also discover fascinating insights about the whales and dolphins that inhabit Lanzarote and the Canary Islands.

To reduce our environmental footprint, we offer special drinks like our OceanBeer and local fruit juices, along with plastic-free water and other organic non-alcoholic beverages.

With the help of our hydrophone, we may even be able to listen to the enchanting sounds of dolphins and whales if we're fortunate enough to come across them.

During our sunset experience, we embark from Puerto Calero with a small group of maximum 12 guests on board. As you relax on our spacious 108 m2 deck, you'll have the opportunity to witness one of the most stunning sunsets on the island while indulging in an "OceanBeer," a local white wine, or non-alcoholic alternatives, along with some delicious snacks. Our knowledgeable crew will provide fascinating insights into cetaceans, the various species found in the Canary Islands. With a stroke of luck, we may even encounter dolphins in a special area where they typically gather for their evening meal. The sunset tour lasts approximately 2.5 hours and is available year-round. Departing from Puerto Calero, specifically Dock F22, we will cruise along the coast, offering picturesque views of notable sites like Playa Quemada and the majestic mountains of Femés.

Booked as wanted too see the sunset seeing dolphins was a bonus but wasn’t my focal point, poss a bit overpriced but enjoyable couple of hours and plenty of space on the boat to see different angles

All communication leading up to the trip was good. Hosts clearly care about the environment and animal welfare. Got to see dolphins which was amazing. Would highly recommend over the larger boats that go out and “chase” the dolphins.

Great experience. Our captain (Gonzalo) made excellent contact with us before the trip to offer directions and advice. Small group number meant we were able to chat to other travellers. All the crew were very knowledgeable and were very generous with their time. No question went unanswered. Highly recommended.

Lovely tour! The trip was amazing - we saw bottlenose dolphins including a baby one. The team were very kind and informative. So interesting to learn about WeWhale and their work that they do for the environment and wildlife.

We ell organised, and a very professional crew. Being limited to twelve people there was plenty of room on the boat. Clearly the crew are also “eco warriors “ very conscious of cleaning up our seas and looking after sea life. Fortunately we were able to see several pods of dolphins which was delightful. Finished with a beautiful sun set!

We had a wonderful sunset cruise out of Puerto Calero on a lovely warm summers evening with the lovely WeWhale team. We spent 2.5 hours plus out at sea looking for dolphins and/or whales but unfortunately on this occasion weren't successful but that is nature for you they don't (& shouldn't) perform on demand! Even so we thoroughly enjoyed our time on the catamaran soaking up the views and knowledge that the team imparted to us & will try our luck again next year :)
