While you cruise the canals of Venice and along Santa Monica Beach, you choose if you want to pedal traditionally or use the electric power. It’s a bike tour with a twist that will allow you to see the best of Santa Monica and Venice Beach with a small-group to ensure you get a personable experience and a local taste.

MUST BE COMFORTABLE RIDING A BIKE
PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES BEFORE TOUR TIME at 9:45am or 1:45pm for check-in and warm-up.
Minimum age is 13 years and must be 5 foot tall and minimum 100 lbs
Guideline for maximum age is 70 if you are a comfortable bike rider.
Children aged 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult
We recommend you wear closed toed shoes, sunscreen and sunglasses and bring a jacket (all bikes have double saddlebags for small items).
Tours do not operate in rain
Important: The tour requires a minimum number of passengers to operate. There is a possibility that the tour may be cancelled after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring you will be provided with an alternate option or full refund.

Los Angeles/Santa Monica are famous for traffic. Plan for TRAFFIC especially on Freeways.

5.00I loved this tour! It was my two teen boys and my husband and me. We are actually locals but have decided to pretend to be tourists in our own town and this has been my favorite outing yet. This was for Mother’s Day and it was a fun way to spend the day. Easy to pick up how to ride the e-bike. Thank you!!!

5.00Steph took us on a great tour of Santa Monica and Venice. The bikes were easy to get the hang of and it was easy to cover a lot of ground with the e-assist. Would recommend this tour!!

5.00Highly recommend if you want to go from Santa Monica to Venice and enjoy the beach view and hear some history along the way. Our tour guide was informative and we made stops along the way for him to share with us about the houses and history. Great paths to ride on and easy e-bikes to handle. Allow for 3 full hours. They provide helmet, water bottle and the bikes have a satchel to hold your personal items.

5.00I thoroughly enjoyed my bike ride through Santa Monica and Venice Beach—it was easily one of the highlights of my trip. The scenery along the coast was beautiful, and the relaxed pace made it easy to take everything in. Our tour guide was fantastic—very knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about the area. She shared interesting insights and local details that really added depth to the experience. What made the tour especially memorable was how small and personal it felt. There was only one other person on the tour, so it ended up just being the two of us. That made it much more relaxed and tailored, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and chat. Overall, a great experience that I’d highly recommend to anyone looking to explore the area in a fun and engaging way.

5.00This was an outstanding tour. We really enjoyed it. Barb is an excellent tour guide, full of wonderful stories and patience. The tour was not rushed at all, the bikes were comfortable and an easy ride. We were able to see quite a bit of Santa Monica as well as Venice Beach. The factual stories along the way of what makes Santa Monica now and then are very interesting. I will definitely recommend this tour for everyone who is comfortable riding a bike alone or with families, friends and couples. Thanks again Barb for a great day in Santa Monica.
