KonEpruske Caves
After arriving at the Koněprusy Caves southwest of Prague (a Czech Cultural Monument located in the Bohemian Karst Protected Landscape Area), you will join a guided excursion of the largest underground cave system in Bohemia. Admire the majestic stalagmites and stalactites all around you. Learn about the prehistoric Celtic settlements which existed there. Visit the jaw-dropping limestone domes and halls.
Karlstejn Castle
Upon arriving to the Karlstejn visit we will take a cab that will transport us up the hill to the castle where you will visit the 14th century residence of medieval Bohemian kings which protected the Crown Jewels and other royal tresures. Admire the collections of art as well as many historical relics. The tour is guided and delivered in English (basic tour- can't guarantee size of the group- can vary based on the season).

5.00The castle was fantastic and the guide had great knowledge to share with us. We loved that the castle was authentic and had not been updated. The caves were a welcome relief from the heat and our guide taught us about the history of the caves. I would recommend this tour to others.

5.00This was an excellent way to explore the regions around Prague! Our guide Adam picked us up from our hotel in a very modern mini-bus that was very comfortable and had great AC, as well as water and snacks. After about a 40 minute drive we arrived at the castle and had about 20 minutes to explore on our own around the grounds before our tour started at 10 am. The tour was very comprehensive and we learned a lot about the castle's history from the guide. We had more time to explore on our own before going town to the little town for a delicious lunch (included in the price of the tour). It was about 40 minute drive to the caves, which we're phenomenal to see! Adam was our guide for this portion and he was so knowledgeable about the history and formation of the caves. Definitely wear good shoes and be ready for climbing up and down through the caves. When the tour was over, it was less than an hour to get back to the center of the city, we arrived at our hotel a bit before 4 pm. Overall it was a wonderful day and Adam was an excellent guide!
