We will start with our sourdough starter, you will learn how to make it from scratch, maintain and keep alive! We will bake delicious loaves and a fougasse (a pretty looking bread from south of France). We will then start cooking our shakshuka (baked eggs with fresh tomatos and peppers) for lunch. I will share all my knowledge and some Cordon Bleu tips but more importantly we will have so much fun! It'll be a great homely experience rather than a formal class. The best part will be having lunch together of our freshly baked bread with shakshuka, home-made dips & jams.

5.00What a fantastic experience! Spending time with Fulden is delightful, she is a brilliant teacher, charming and very knowledgeable. The venue is beautiful, warm and welcoming. The Sourdough class was a lot of fun and the bread we made tasted amazingly good. It was such a great afternoon and I learnt so much, I’ve booked up for three more classes!!
A MUST visit for a memorable day!

5.00My boyfriend and I visited during a long weekend trip to Stratford upon Avon. We’ve always wanted to do a sourdough class and we are SO glad we chose Fulden’s class at the Dough House. Fulden is a phenomenal teacher and such an inspiring woman. It was an honour to meet you and we’ll definitely be back to see you when we are next in the area! The class was so informative; we learnt loads, baked four different loaves to take home and have techniques/skills that we can use in the future. She made the lessons easy to follow but fun and personal! I would recommend these classes at The Dough House to anyone (no matter what level!). It was an amazing day and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you!! X

5.00Definitely the best workshop I have ever been to! I can’t recommend it enough. Fulden was so friendly and welcomed us in to her beautiful home. I did the bread and pastry workshop and learnt so much, had lots of fun, an amazing lunch and came home with a big bag of home baked delicious goodies. Can’t wait for my next workshop with Fulden. Thank you so much for a truly memorable day.
