Be led by lantern on this 2 hour guided ghost tour through the graveyard to the “Devil’s Plot”; hear the stories of the ghosts of Boggo Road Jail and the mysterious Woman in Black – maybe she appear on the tour?; gravediggers tales and sextons stories. Tour includes book The Ghosts of SOUTH BRISBANE CEMETERY by Jack Sim.
Brisbane’s original historic ghost tours (est.1998) operated by haunted-historian Jack Sim, author of the Ghost Trails Series HAUNTED BRISBANE Volume 1.

Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
All children under and including the age of 15 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
Ghost Tours are not suitable for children under 10 years, and will not be permitted on any tour.
A moderate amount of walking up steep hills is involved.
All travellers must have be fully vaccinated to attend the tour (unless you have a valid exemption or under the age of 16) - Proof of vaccination or exemption must be shown at check-in or you will be refused entry. No refund granted.
Clients must be wearing flat-soled enclosed shoes. If you are wearing thongs, sandals or high heels you will be declined entry. No refund granted.
Each guest is required to bring their own torch. Torch apps on smart phones are suitable.

5.00What great story tellers the guides are who are twin brothers. Very interesting to learn about the cemetery. Throughly enjoyed our time and would love to go to the Cemetery through the day to see where we walked.

5.00We got public transport to the cemetery, we were met at the gate and given a lantern prior to the start of the event which was run by brothers, which were extremely knowledgeable very sociable and made the evening very enjoyable and worth going. So much so we are venturing to the cemetery again in daylight .

4.00The stories of the residents. Made me want to delve more into the history of Brisbane. Did not know of the fate of the last man to be executed or of his visitor who still leaves flowers on his grave.
