Set sail and absorb the surreal mountain scenery of the east coast as you cruise the island’s longest & largest lagoon. After a snorkel in the turquoise waters, glide along the Grand River South East to admire its waterfall which is the longest river in Mauritius.
Its rich flora and fauna will enable you to observe the bats hanging from the top of the branches & monkeys in their natural habitat perched on trees or sheltered on mountain slopes that border the river & the majestic Pailles en Queue birds.
Then, head to Ile aux Cerf, this paradise island is the perfect setting for a relaxing day of sun worship. You can take a stroll and absorb the pristine natural environment, sit back and relax on the white sandy beaches or enjoy a swim in the azure sea.

Your spectacular Catamaran trip to Ile Aux Cerf (Full day Including GRSE waterfall, 3 course lunch) begins with a hotel pick-up at your accommodation anywhere in Mauritius. You will meet and be greeted by our certified guide and after boarding to your comfortable vehicle, then set off to Trou D'eau Douce, a fishing village nestled on the East Coast of Mauritius.

You will board to your Catamaran to enjoy this memorable catamaran cruise from Trou D'eau Douce to Ile Aux Cerfs. The catamaran cruise starts at 09:30 a.m., departing from Trou D’eau Douce on the East coast of Mauritius. The crew members will ensure that you have an enjoyable time, and they will be happy to tell you about local tales, jokes, and to play local Mauritian music which will lift the spirits of all on board. Then, you will head for a visit to the waterfall at Grand River South East before setting sail for the island of Ile Aux Cerfs. When reaching the Grand River, you will go by speed boats to visit the waterfalls which are found about 500m upstream. If you’re lucky, you’ll be able to see the curious monkeys jumping through the big old trees on the river banks. Following the visit to the waterfalls you will head back to the catamaran.

4.00Well it started when our driver, mangesh picked us up. He was right on time had a nice clean car with water and air conditioner. Knew exactly where to take us had some small talk with him. Made for a pleasant trip when he parked car he walked us down to pier and got our tickets for caterman. Could ask for anything else from him. Then our little boat took to caterman Music was on drinks where flowing fun time cakes to eat friendly crew made sure you always had a drink lunch on board was good chicken fish and three different salads basic food but hit the spot filled us up. The island was good plenty water sports but had to pay extra then back home our driver waiting for us drove us home safely long day but enjoyable our driver was mangesh very good

3.00If you are looking for a true snorkelling trip, this isn’t it. They have us 10 minutes in the water which ended up being more like 20, but there no fish unless they guys from the boat threw food into the water, but as soon as they stopped. The fish also went away. The boat is not big and there seemed to be too many people and not enough room for everyone, o basically had a family sitting on me the entire time. Food was ok, cups seemed to be a little sticky so that grossed me out as they didn’t seem clean Crew was really good and happy to get everyone whatever they needed. Highlight for me was seeing all the monkeys
10/10 would recommend!

5.00Really good trip, we got picked up by Manav who was punctual and very kind! The team on board was very friendly and accommodating, we had a great lunch on board, the beach was beautiful and with plenty of water activities available. Well worth the price of the whole experience! Highly recommended for all!

5.00Everything as described. Pleasant hike and everyone was very nice and helpful. We left from Rui Torquoise with the transfer included in the excursion. Waiting for us outside the accommodation was Sahil, a really nice and helpful guy who entertained us all the time with music and some chat. We then arrived at the port and made about an hour of crossing to Deer Island and along the way we saw turtles and dolphins. We visited the island, had lunch on a catamaran, visited the waterfalls and finally stopped for those who wanted to snork.

5.00We spent a very nice day with our driver Sahil he picked us up from the hotel all the way he explained us a lot about Mauritius and made us discover beautiful places. On the way back he did not hesitate to stop us and make a detour to discover sumptuous places for us to take photos. A big thank you to Sahil. We recommend it is really nice

4.00Wonderful with newly renovated Hotel Napoleon Bonaparte in Ile Rousse in Corsica. Imagine living in a suite in an old castle. Lovely bed. Half board, food good and well cooked, lovely breakfast on the terrace, good three-course dinner every day. I come back a lot. The fault now is that the hotel scrapped the bookshelf where you could leave and find books and thrown them down the basement stairs! In addition, replaced the nice bar with horrible gaming table and scrapped the fine library and put in a loud gaming table. It pulls down the grade considerably. Go for culture, Langley, I think it suits the guests who travel with you there. And place bets in secluded corner far away so you avoid the noise.
No undersea walk

3.00While the package we booked mentioned that it included undersea walk, the staff at Catamaran wasn’t aware & asked for our tickets multiple times to check. When we started the trip they said undersea walk will be done at the lie aux Cerf , on reaching there they said it will be done later when we finish the catamaran tour and on finishing the catamaran tour they said undersea walk is closed. We reached out to Viator who helped us get a partial refund but it is not the refund we were looking for as we really were looking forward to the activity. After this experience we felt that it is better to book only catamaran tour without any additional activities and do activities separately to avoid such an experience where one feels cheated.

3.00The under sea walk was a nice experience, the staff friendy and helpful. We had chosen the catamaran and not a speedboat to enjoy more of the views but the constant loud music spoiled our experience. Is it a way not to guide at all? Staff on the boat did their own work and answered questions but didn't give any general information.

4.00We did the undersea walk first, they were a bit behind but soon got us going the guys were helpful and we really enjoyed it. The catamaran was great fun with a real party atmosphere on board. My only complaint was the taxi driver was pressurising us to book him direct for more trips and insisted we go to a shop to earn him points but we had to stay for 15mins minimum. All in all it was a really fun day would recommend.
