Trogir
Trogir is a UNESCO World Heritage town known for its beautiful mix of history and charm. Founded more than 2,000 years ago, it has seen Greeks, Romans, and Venetians all leave their mark. The old town sits on a small island, linked by bridges, and is perfect for exploring on foot. Its narrow stone streets, hidden courtyards, and small squares create a special atmosphere that feels like stepping back in time. At the heart of Trogir stands the Cathedral of St. Lawrence, famous for its 13th-century portal carved by Master Radovan. The palm-lined waterfront is another highlight, with cafés, boats, and the Kamerlengo Fortress offering wonderful views of the sea and town. Though compact, Trogir is truly unforgettable.
Diocletian’s Palace is the heart of Split and one of the most remarkable Roman monuments in the world. Built around 305 AD by the Roman emperor Diocletian as his retirement residence, the palace is more like a small city than a single building. Within its massive walls you’ll find a maze of narrow streets, lively squares, and centuries of history layered together. Highlights include the Peristyle, once the ceremonial courtyard; the Cathedral of St. Domnius, originally Diocletian’s mausoleum; and the underground cellars, which give you a sense of the palace’s original scale. Today the palace is still alive, filled with shops, cafés, and homes. Walking through it feels like stepping into living history — where the Roman past meets the everyday life of Split.

Oh man, it was great. They picked us up near the ship right on time and showed us both towns. Both are beautiful, and the history is very interesting. When we booked it, we weren’t sure if it was the right move, but now I can say it definitely was. The whole tour was great. Silvio was awesome, and we had a lot of fun. Thanks!

I booked this tour during my cruise stop and it turned out to be one of the best parts of my trip. Everything was very well organized from start to finish. The guide was friendly, knowledgeable and made the history easy to understand. We visited beautiful places like Trogir and Diocletian’s Palace, and had enough free time to explore. I also felt relaxed knowing the schedule was planned for cruise travelers. Highly recommend this experience!

Tour was great, we visited beautiful places, heard interesting stories, both historical and less historical. Organization was on point, picked us up in front of the ship and there was no stressing regarding coming back to ship. We are impressed. It all took about 4.5 hours

Went this tour with friends on cruise stop in Split. Guide met us close to terminal, so no stress with time. We walked around Diocletian Palace and later went to Trogir by bus. Everything was well organized and we still sad free time. Good option, if you wanna to see both in one day

Had a blast on thir tour! Trogir is a super charming, but Diocletian's Palace in Split was the highlight for me. It's crazy to think people still live inside those Roman walls. Our guide was local and told us some really funny stories instead of just rattling off dates. It didn't feel rushed at all, even though we saw a lot. If you're stopping in Split for the day, just do this one

What a fantastic trip to Trogir and Split — I absolutely loved it! Trogir is such a beautiful little town, so picturesque and full of charm. Everything went super smoothly because the tour was really well organized. A big shout‑out to our guide Silvio — he met us right by the ship, so it was super easy to find him. He’s a great guy, and I’d definitely recommend him to anyone!

I had the impression that I had been to a few centuries ago, this feeling was given to me by these photos of historical places. I love such places because in them you can learn new feelings and experience the atmosphere of the medieval era, this is truly amazing in my opinion!

Finding the guide was a breeze because they were right outside the gate holding the sign. No wandering around the port trying to figure out where to go. It made the start of our day in Split completely seamless.
