All our running tours are specially prepared for you.
This 5 miles tour is private, specifically designed, customized (starting at your residence).
We choose the best routes in Paris from your residence. Each tour is unique!
You will run with a friendly guide, authentic Parisian, Paris expert, experienced runner, impassioned about his city.
In an informal way, he will share his knowledge of Paris, its development, culture, arts, secrets et his personal view of Paris...
He is also an experimented running tours guide (we are the 1st running tours company in Paris since 2008).
You will have a deep introduction to Paris and understand many aspects of the city.
All that with the pleasure of running!
We will fully adapt to your pace, desire and capacities.
Our tours are for all level, beginner or marathoner (+many stops on the way).
The guide will give you also a lot of advice for your stay.
You will get great photos of you in Paris (you can ask the guide for all the pictures you want).

We'll have a camera to take all the photos you want (given to you after the tour using the Dropbox system)
The guide will carry maps and historical pictures to explain Paris during the visit..These documents will be given to you at the end of the tour.
We'll see many sites/museums but won't enter inside (except under conditions "le Petit Palais")

5.00We had a wonderful fast walk/run with Jean-Claude through Paris! I would highly recommend if you are interested in learning more about the history and architecture of beautiful Paris! The best way to see Paris is by foot and our tour was the perfect start to our adventures. We loved getting to know Jean-Claude and appreciated his vast knowledge and sense of humor! We look forward to our next tour when we return.

On D-Day, the activity excited all the group, thanks to rich explanations about the history, heritage, urban planning of Paris and a pace adapted to combine pleasure and effort. Thanks again!

5.00Had a solo early-morning run with Jean-Charles, who designed a custom route for me to pick me up at my hotel and meet my specific time constraints. We hit tons of historic Paris sites - he’s incredibly knowledgeable, has excellent English, indulged my butchered attempts at French, and was very friendly and sent me videos and further sightseeing recommendations after the tour. He even prepared a packet of info for me that I got to keep at the end, which included multiple maps, our run route, and 20+ stops we had made with blurb descriptions of each so that I could review all the info later/ share the experience with my mom.

5.00Jean-Charles has been amazing from our very first interaction - always punctuate, supportive, flexible with our needs and goals, and transparent. On the day he's provided a great informative, including fun facts and iconic stops in Central Paris, doing a quite challenging route (in terms of a shape), and in a good pace with a bigger group of people. The whole group shared how impressed they were with the organisation and expressed they'd love to do a similar activity soon.

5.00I greatly enjoyed my running tour with Jean-Charles! He was an excellent guide, sharing his detailed knowledge of Paris' history and sights over the course of a 5-mile route through Paris' Latin Quarter. We stopped for multiple photographs along the way. He even came prepared with 5 color pages of maps and photographs, with notes about many of the points of interest along the way. I spent the rest of our time in Paris pointing out sights and sharing anecdotes with my family. My only regret is that I didn't purchase a running shirt. It would have been a wonderful memento of my morning running through Paris.
A wonderful experience, the highlight of our trip.

5.00Jean-Charles led us on a wonderful running tour throughout central Paris, picking my wife and daughters and myself up from our rental apartment and taking us through a winding path across the river and back again. The running was easy and fun with lots of stops for historical explanations. Even though we had seen many of the areas, Jean-Charles explained a lot of fascinating stories and gave us more context that we did not know. It was honestly a highlight of the trip and while the running added fun to it, Jean-Charles is a genuinely great tour guide as well with loads of knowledge. We loved it and are already planning another run/tour with him when we return later this year to explore other parts of Paris.
