Such disruptions are grounds for immediate removal from the tour.
All guests must check in at least 10 minutes prior to departure. This policy allows us to begin promptly, ensuring the quality of the tour and respect for all participants who arrived on time.

3.00Got stuck in the backwards facing seat so we could not see what was being talked about until we passed it. I have a bad back and you feel every bump back there . Definitely affecting our enjoyment of the tour. There are golf carts with all forward facing seats…. Not sure why they choose this one if their business revolves around tours.

5.00We’ve done a ghost tour in most cities we’ve traveled. The golf cart tour was definitely a great choice after a full day of walking. Our tour guide Chance was full of knowledge of the rich history in St. Augustine.

5.00We’ve done ghost tours in other cities, but this one was on a whole different level. Loved the small group setup and the intimate ride through haunted St. Augustine. Our guide’s storytelling was next-level! We even caught a few orbs along the way.

1.00Unfortunately, we couldn't take the tour because there were some events in town and there was no parking, it was all full, and where there was parking, it was very far away. We also wrote to them asking for the address where they were supposed to pick us up, but they only sent us the name, and we were never able to find the pick-up point. We lost all our money.
