5.00Wonderful crew. Made us feel comfortable and guided us along the way. Very friendly. Ferry itself was spacious with snacks and beverage. Definitely recommend this over taking a car taxi to avoid traffic.

5.00This is the way to travel to & from the airport in St Lucia. So much better than a private car or shuttle through switch backs for 1.5 to 2 hours. The marina was 10 min from Grand St Lucian. It's a 90 min boat ride. The shuttle from the airport marina to the airport is 4-5min. Great crew & fun. Highly recommend.

5.00The ferry was an awesome experience to and from the airport. Crew was super friendly and helpful the whole time and very informative. Seeing the island from the sea gave us the best photo opportunities.

5.00The boat staff were amazing and courteous. They also had plenty of snacks, water, sodas, and rum punch for us during the travel. The views of the island and grand pitons were breathtaking! Definitely using them again next time we visit!

5.00Trying to find where this ferry service was located was a little tough. The instructions say someone with a sign would be waiting outside once you get out of customs but it took us about 5 minutes of asking around that the company partnered with Sandals and where in the Sandals waiting area. Other than that little hiccups we had a great time drinking and dancing and getting a great view from the water

4.00The views on this trip were absolutely beautiful! Seeing the Pitons and the St. Lucia coastline was truly unforgettable. The crew was friendly, attentive, and did a great job taking care of guests throughout the experience. Unfortunately, the overall experience was impacted by poor organization and a lack of clear communication. There was a significant amount of waiting at both the airport and the departure pier, and expectations around timing were not explained upfront during booking. This made the experience frustrating, especially not knowing what to expect. We also had to cancel our Viator reservation and rebook through Sandals, which was confusing. While the boat ride itself was enjoyable, it only lasted about 1.5 hours but the majority of the day was spent waiting. Our flight arrived around 1:30 PM and didn’t reach our resort until just after 6 PM. Overall, the scenery and crew were wonderful, but the experience felt poorly run and not well communicated from the start.
