4.00The views on this trip were absolutely beautiful! Seeing the Pitons and the St. Lucia coastline was truly unforgettable. The crew was friendly, attentive, and did a great job taking care of guests throughout the experience. Unfortunately, the overall experience was impacted by poor organization and a lack of clear communication. There was a significant amount of waiting at both the airport and the departure pier, and expectations around timing were not explained upfront during booking. This made the experience frustrating, especially not knowing what to expect. We also had to cancel our Viator reservation and rebook through Sandals, which was confusing. While the boat ride itself was enjoyable, it only lasted about 1.5 hours but the majority of the day was spent waiting. Our flight arrived around 1:30 PM and didn’t reach our resort until just after 6 PM. Overall, the scenery and crew were wonderful, but the experience felt poorly run and not well communicated from the start.

5.00Amazing staff and experience getting to see the whole island of St.Lucia from south to north end! It’s an excursion in itself while going to and from the airport! Highly recommend if you get car sick . Boat is a big catamaran. Smooth smooth ride! Chips, water , soda, beer and rum punch is offered!

5.00Crew was extremely attentive- they made sure everyone was offered beverages and continued to check in everyone during the ride. Crew handled our luggage so no need to worry about carrying your luggage on board or to the transfer bus they had waiting at the dock to take us to the airport. The views along the coast were beautiful , we even seen dolphins in the water swimming along side the boat. We Would definitely recommend this option instead of the tour bus to the airport from Sandals Grande.
