5.00I cannot say enough about how great Armin was. He reached out prior and was so diligent in making sure he accounted for any possible delays (due to the Taylor Swift concert that day.). He got to us early, offered to stop for coffee or a toilet break and got us safely to the station. He was engaging, helpful and all around wonderful.
