Great tour spoiled by a total inadequate recorded commentary. Commentary failed on many occasions to give precise details of when we approaching a specific stop. One does not expect drivers to be proficient in foreign languages but the commentary should be clear and concise. All to often we were given a general description of the area we were in.

I had my receipt and ticket but driver informed it was incorrect and told me to get off bus. I was humiliated and disappointed as have used the hop on/off service via viator before in other cities. I had to start to walk most of route when I was very short on time in Stockholm. Did get to a stand for company and had to wait 40 mins for next bus

My most memorable transportation while in Stockholm was the public transportation. Don't waste your time and money with the Hop-On/Hop-off bus. Every time I waited, the bus was extremely late (over 40 minutes). I had to call the office to find out where the bus was and why it was so late. Another time, I waited for over 20 minutes and a Hop-On/Hop-off bus pulled up and told me I had a ticket for another service. There are apparently two Hop-On/Hop-off bus services in Stockholm. On the other hand, the public transportation includes metro, tram, ferry and bus service all for one price. I gave up on the Hop-On/Hop-off and took public transportation instead which was clean, organized, timely and much less expensive!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Bus never came no response from operators. Terrible customer service do not take this hop on hop off Stockholm line.
