After booking is completed, an email with the designated QR code will be sent to your registered email address. Please present the QR code on your phone or other devices at the restaurant.

Reissuance on-site is not available. Failure to present the designated QR code, resulting in the service not being provided, will not be eligible for a refund.

Opening hours for all other holidays follow Q-Square’s regular schedule.
