5.00This experience was absolutely phenomenal! Memories I will take with me forever. Everything was smooth a well organized. The icing on the cake was my tour guide Gregorio! If I could give him 10 stars instead of 5 I would! He was so professional, kind and accommodating. With every question/ request I had he never made me feel like an inconvenience. You can tell take mentally loves what he does.

5.00I was picked up on time by my driver who drove us to the hot air balloon site - I was given advanced confirmation over text of the pick up time and what car was coming to collect me - I had a wonderful once in a life time experience as the balloon took off and saw a perfect sunrise. Our pilot made us feel very safe and comfortable in how the balloon would take off and land and what we would see. It was a very well organised day - as we landed we were immediately met with a van to take us back to the take off site for a drink/certificate then to breakfast (buffet: addition cost 220 Passos) then to see the pyramids on foot. I had a wonderful driver and photographer Richie who was on time, took some amazing photos and videos and looked out for us the entire day. Thank you Richie!
Flying over planted pyramids was a wonder of the world.

5.00Great experience, excellent service. We were picked up at our Airbnb on time with a wonderful chofer Gregorio. Very professional, they ensure your safety during the hot air balloon flight and you are able to choose your activity after the hot air balloon experience. They even had a cake for my husband’s birthday. Highly recommend.

5.00I give this experience 5. Despite the weather condition and not being able to see the sunrise it was a spectacular experience. La Cometas captain and his crew kept us safe and were very professional.

5.00This was a magnificent experience .... Our guide, Angel , was amazing ... He is funny and kind and generous ! He went above and beyond to help us find my daughter's cell phone which she dropped when we exited the balloon . We are so grateful !! Thank you !!

5.00I had a solo experience and Cesar made it so comfortable. He introduced us all to each other, she reminded ours names, and he was excited to take us pictures everywhere. I would recommend this trip 100%. Cesar was very attentive, respectful, and supper helpful/nice!

5.00We had a great experience. Our driver/guide Ivan was very friendly, professional and a big help. The hot air balloon flight itself was great, good view, etc and felt very safe. The drone taking videos was a little annoying but was only there briefly. If you haven't been in a hot air balloon before, it is truly a wonderful experience. I'd say the only part I'd hope to improve is the "coffee break" - they gave us very small packaged treats. You can buy other food/coffee there, but given the time of day/etc I would have hoped for a slightly more substantial snack provided. Some bolilos with jam would have been 10x better. Bring your own snack! One person in our group took a flight with NGO previously and said both times were good experiences. I'd go with NGO again. About the options: We went to a buffet restaurant (El jaguar), which was clean and had good food for a "your guide is taking you somewhere" place. I would recommend paying for the guided tour of the Teotihuacan pyramids - there is no signage in English (very little in Spanish) and you'll learn a lot more. it was $25 (not the $20 I saw listed).

5.00I cannot recommend this tour enough! The views from the hot air balloon are insanely beautiful. This tour includes a complimentary video of the hot air balloon ride (shot by a drone) as well as sparkling wine/sparkling apple cider. After the hot air balloon, we were taken to a restaurant for a Mexican-style buffet breakfast before heading to Teoticahuan. Everyone is amazingly friendly and helpful — accurate pick-up times and they were super understanding when I got in the wrong car (and came back to pick me up).
