5.00This was truly the most magical experience and we had the absolute best guide and host in Fabian. He was so professional, kind, and accommodating to us. What could have felt so cookie cutter day was actually made to feel like an incredibly personalized experience. From the pick up, to the drive there, to the actual flight, and even the lunch, he went completely out of his way. He took personal photos for us - some of our favorites - and even brought a celebration birthday cake for our special occasion. I can’t say enough nice things about this Fabian, this team, and this excursion.

5.00Loved our trip! Everything was very well organized and went off without a hitch. Jorge picked us up from our hotel and was a wonderful host as well as a very safe driver. (Our taxi driver from the airport was an adventure of its own). He was gracious, warm and professional. He also sent us hilarious pictures that he took along with the drone video that was included in the package. Loved, loved our experience!

5.00This experience was absolutely phenomenal! Memories I will take with me forever. Everything was smooth a well organized. The icing on the cake was my tour guide Gregorio! If I could give him 10 stars instead of 5 I would! He was so professional, kind and accommodating. With every question/ request I had he never made me feel like an inconvenience. You can tell take mentally loves what he does.

5.00I was picked up on time by my driver who drove us to the hot air balloon site - I was given advanced confirmation over text of the pick up time and what car was coming to collect me - I had a wonderful once in a life time experience as the balloon took off and saw a perfect sunrise. Our pilot made us feel very safe and comfortable in how the balloon would take off and land and what we would see. It was a very well organised day - as we landed we were immediately met with a van to take us back to the take off site for a drink/certificate then to breakfast (buffet: addition cost 220 Passos) then to see the pyramids on foot. I had a wonderful driver and photographer Richie who was on time, took some amazing photos and videos and looked out for us the entire day. Thank you Richie!
Flying over planted pyramids was a wonder of the world.

5.00Great experience, excellent service. We were picked up at our Airbnb on time with a wonderful chofer Gregorio. Very professional, they ensure your safety during the hot air balloon flight and you are able to choose your activity after the hot air balloon experience. They even had a cake for my husband’s birthday. Highly recommend.
