Witness the lighting transformation of Monument Valley during the sunset tour. This tour will explore areas that truly express Monument Valley's vivid lighting and rock features. The tour guide will navigate through highlight areas and restricted back country areas that are off-limit to normal travelers. During the adventure the tour guide will keep you engaged with information of the history, tradition and Navajo culture of Monument Valley. Enjoy a thorough demonstration of Navajo Rug Weaving inside a Tradition Navajo Hogan and a live performance by your guide as you explore the back country. A great tour for those who seek perspective. Scenic Stop 1- West & East Mitten View Scenic Stop 2- John Ford's Point & Three Sister's Monument Scenic Stop 3- Navajo Hogan Visit & Navajo rug weaving demonstration. Scenic Stop 4- Moccasin Arch, Big Hogan Arch & Live Performance Scenic Stop 5- Sun's Eye & Anasazi Petroglyphs/Ruins Scenic Stop 6- Totem Pole Monument Scenic Stop 7- North Window or Artist's Point Their will be a minimum of 5-10 minutes at each scenic stop to explore and take photos.

Our tour guide is Travis ( Dark Sky) took us a great tour. He explained the history, geography very well. Showed us the best picture spots and took a lot of great pictures for us. He plays flute and drum. It was absolutely beautiful! We were able to capture many pictures! Thank you!

Travis was an amazing guide . His skill playing the flute was world class. He took us to amazing locations in the park. He told us about Navajo history and some family stories. It was my second trip to the park. Didn't disappoint even the second trip! Thanks Travis!!!

Comasheena is an excellent tour guide! She made me feel like I was a part of the family. Her knowledge of the area and special places in the reservation made the trip so much more than I had ever expected. She even showed me how to get great pictures using a puddle! A fantastic trip! I will plan to come back and do a stargazing tour sometime. Excellent service and wonderful time!

Fantastic trip! Our guide, Larry, was excellent! The beauty was overwhelming. I highly recommend the sunset tour - she shadows were amazing and the 3 hrs went by so fast!

Our guide was Larry. He told us a beautiful story of the Navajo nation, the people and the land. He also played a Navajo musical instrument. The service and hospitality were top notch.
